We decided to try this location because it was on the way home from work. The wings are dry, overcooked, super hard that it cuts your mouth. I called to complain and the lady replied saying she has never heard a bad complain about their wings. Also, I could hear the cook in the background saying he does not care that my food was over cooked. I offered to bring the wings back the next day since it was too far and the food was inedible, they told me that I am not allowed to and I could only bring it back immediately. Horrible customer service obviously. Wasted my $55. This location has no regard for quality or customer service. The workers are rude and wants to debate that their food is perfectly cook. The only reason why it has a star is because I had to give it one. This is a ZERO star location.
Mango Habanero isn't as spicy as before. No outdoor seating. Great staff, fast service. Not super loud inside like b-dubs so you can actually have a nice conversation with friends. The Blazed n Glazed sauce is different, but not spectacular. It's strawberry, hemp seed, terpine, and cayenne. Free refills inside. And a good amount of parking available. Mobile app is easy to use
Service was just okay and the inside of the restaurant was decently cleaned. Unfortunately that's the end of the good parts of what our lunch was today. We had the most overcooked, dried out, smallest boneless wings that had almost no sauce on them. With that, add the soggiest lukewarm fries that were completely overloaded with fry salt. The soda and ice tea machines didn't work, either. You need to have cold drinks with your meal at a restaurant especially if you're known as a spicy wing spot. The worst part was within an hour of eating lunch there, we ALL had an upset stomach. Never going again.
We both ordered the same flavors but one order bone in and the other bone out. I got the bone in and was left disappointed. The chicken tasted undercooked or was really fatty. Ended up only eating 3 out of 6 wings cause of that. Also, the fry portion for both seemed really small tonight. Overall was just an okay experience.
So Wingstop. It ain't classy and I really just expect wings with no fuss. That being said, on a Saturday at 8 PM the wings were large and well cooked....and it all ends there. The cook time was a bit slow. The soda machine had their syrup ratios off - I enjoyed some nice faintly cherry flavored carbonated water. The wings, ordered with mild sauce, had no sauce. There was a little oil in the bottom of the Styrofoam box of despair. The ranch was good as always but the veggies, ordered in a desperate bid to deny my unhealthy eating were a bit old, far too celery-over-carrot ratioed, and they both had been stored in the same water, so they tasted the same anyway. The floors inside were sticky as freshly mushed gum on a gym floor, and the staff inside were having a lot of fun where customers could watch the painful flirting and rejection of youth. Long story short - I'm not giving Wingstop up yet but I'd avoid this location.
Bathroom door doesn't lock men's TV is showing men's college basketball games but the college season is over Took 20 minutes for food for 4 people Floor was sticky like it was covered with soda but never cleaned. Food was cold - so not sure why it took 20 minutes. Vegetarian options: None Kid-friendliness: Small dine in area
Nice place to go for a bite. I'm just not crazy about the wait time for food. The staffers are always nice and the food is always hot. A bit on the expensive side for what you get, but again, it's a nice place to sit, dine, and get away.
This location cost cuts, and it's annoying - the ranch is extremely drippy, and the wings aren't dipped with copious amounts of sauce like other wingstops. The fries at other Wingstop are usually so stacked that it spills out of the basket, but not at this location- they skimp on the fries like they do on the wing sauce. I feel a bit ripped off. Hopefully they will improve the quality of ranch, sauce, and fries in the future at this location.
I reviewed as 1 star bad commutation from start wrong order waited approximately 20 minutes Ended up refunding my order and driving to another location for the same exact order
Ok so... I tried a new Wingstop location. I'm really trying to give them a go ! However, you know I am gonna be honest. Wings were still dry and hard and the customer service was less than cordial. I like service with a . Here's what happened I placed a mobile order for 5 Piece combo wings boneless with Cajun sauce and fries and the fountain drink is included. So, when I arrived at the location I called to see if my order was ready for pickup and I happen to see the Coke Vendor fixing the drink machine. The locations only have one machine so I wasn't sure if the machine had been repaired. I asked the lady about it and she says "don't worry about that" so I asked again is the machine working ? She then replies in a very negative way. "Yes". So, I replied ok thanks. I proceeded to go inside to pick up my order and she pointed me out to a Man behind the counter and he then asks for my name on the order which I had already given to the lady by phone before going in. I know this is a long review but I think it's a good reference for anyone who wants to eat at this location. It's sad that great service is rare lately in these places that are in need of loyal customers to adjust the way they treat customers and put time and effort into making food fresh to order. My classic 5 wings with lemon pepper were dry and overcooked. I will have to pass
