Pretty good KFC, located just across the road from Waterloo Station, great place to stop off just after arriving or just before leaving London. Lots of ordering machines and food comes pretty quickly. Staff are friendly and the place is generally pretty clean for such a busy place with high foot traffic. There are tables to stand and eat but no chairs to sit down so be prepared to stand and eat your meal. Food is of a quality and standard you expect…

The most disgusting kfc I've ever been to. There are food scraps everywhere, trash on the floor, the toilet doesn't work and they don't have hand sanitizer. disgusting, avoid.

There is no enough staff. Waiting over 20 minutes for collect the order. Toilet out of order. 2 stars only because staff is friendly and trying their best. Except the guy called Joshuaon the post, he is very unprofessional, poor packing, having a laugh and pretending to work in slow motion.

HALAL food served here! The food is good but the sitting area is very dirty. The tables are unclean with lots of food scrap. The toilet is free for customers but the wash basin was not working. The place needs a do over. The only reason we came here again was that it was serving Halal food !Food: 5/5

Tiny , hardly any seating , messy inside. Didn't see no cleaner. Staff to busy chatting, and to top it off toilets put of order. On the plus side ermmm food was hot and tasted nice.Food: 3/5

Disgrace, filthy and 50% of the automated tills not working. If front of house looks like this imagine the lack of hygiene in the kitchen

One of the better outlets, always fresh. Too small and cramoed though with no room around the order points. Can be quite dirty at times.Food: 5/5

Be aware that the staff that this branch are scammers, they have deducted money from my card for the same transactions several times. Although I told them and showed them my bank account and the money that has been deducted they said we cannot do anything. Staff and manager are so rude. Unacceptable behaviour.
