They're the worst Adjusters in Calgary so far I saw.never follow up with the clients & their phone options are limited not even an operator to speak with. I can go further but I recommend you to deal with other companies.

I am not sure where to even begin in describing the experience with this company. The claim took over 7 months to settle with over 50 back and forth interactions and information having to be resent and repeated multiple times. Lack of attention to detail, wrong information being relayed, no response, the list could go on...Please avoid dealing with Kernaghan adjusters.

Terrible communication and agents have no clue what they are doing. Will never ever use again or recommend to anybody and premier Marine better get different adjusters as I am now leaving them for another insurance company for sure.
