When I moved to Alberta and had to switch insurance I was not looking forward to the process in the slightest. After getting several quotes that were far overpriced, after the government lifted the caps on insurance, I was genuinely thinking of moving to another province. That was until I contacted the Jeff Cooke Insurance branch and spoke with Shayla and Tara. They were friendly and beyond helpful. Yeah there was a couple arbitrary hoops I had to jump through and because of inflation I did have to pay the year in full, which honestly is better if you can do it, but it was still the best price and the best service. Hopefully I will never have to use this service but I know if I do it will be a smooth process. Will update my review if that ever happens.
Just got on desjadin insurance and this is all thanks to Tara! I appreciated how knowledgeable she and she answered all my questions in the most kindhearted way. This was our first home insurance and she made it such a seamless process. I spoke with several companies but this beat all of them. Price was decent but customer service was just out of this world. We decided to go with them cos we know that they will have our best interest at heart and will always treat us with kindness and respect. Thank you Tara and the team of Jeff Cooke!
I had the pleasure of speaking with Chelsea today, regarding my policy. She was extremely kind and unbelievably helpful. Insurance policies, to me at least, may as well be written in a foreign language. Chelsea took the time to walk me through my policy and explain everything to me in simple terms. By the time we ended our call, I had every question I had, and more, answered. I am very happy with the service I received! I Highly recommend Jeff Cooke and the staff!
The process of getting a quote and eventually insuring my bike with this company was a pleasure! In particular, Shayna was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and very upbeat in my conversations with her. And though their motorcycle rates beat my previous insurer by nearly $150.00, I learned a long time ago, what's also important is the service you receive. Great Staff to deal with no matter what your request is. I am really glad I switched Insurance Companies 5 years ago. so much easier to change things if necessary. I used to have to hold for sometimes up to an Hour to talk to a real person, not anymore.
Sarah did a fantastic job at getting my car insurance setup. She answered all my questions and didn't make me feel silly for asking them. This was my first time getting my own insurance policy so I was very nervous but the process was so easy with her help. Highly recommend!
Shayna is an excellent staff. She took my business information and quickly gave the quote. I am so happy with her work attitude to help me complete the day as the previous insurance company, I had to wait 3-5 business days to get the quote.
