Well, I think there was a least a few staff members at this company I would have enjoyed working with however none of them were in the Calgary office. I don't personally enjoyed the whole concept of remote connections and being a production role, its very important that you're allowed to leave the office and go meet prospects IN PERSON. Its not rocket science. Actually.
Great service from NFP and in particular from Michelle Buschendorf who was very punctual, effective and very very nice to talk to during our conversations. She found the best policy for us for both house and car and really very little effort on our side to get things going. A profound thank you for saving us time Michelle!
We have been with NFP for 10 or more years since they were called Dalton Timmis. As a senior with an impeccable record, I have become extremely disappointed in this agency. Instead of getting a discount for our homeowners insurance and two vehicles, they charged me extra because there is a second driver in the home, who is also insured with them. I had to go elsewhere to insure my RV because they more than doubled my rate. I got a cheaper rate through another agency using the exact same company that NFP used. The last straw was trying to insure to electric bikes we purchased. It's been around 2 months of questions about the bikes and being ignored.
I was with Dalton Timmis for years, recently they were acquired by NFP I believe. Kyla is very polite. Today I canceled my auto policy and she was very pleasant to deal with. In the past, dealing with any other members of their staff has been equally excellent. I recommend getting a quote. I've never spent more than a couple minutes waiting on the phone with agents from Timmis/NFP. Excellent company to do business with.
Absolutely excellent service. Before this weekend I had to phone my representative Bonita at 4:30 in the afternoon and she stayed until quarter after 5 to help us out. Long past closing. I really would recommend this broker if you like to have great customer service and someone to find you the best rates.
Lisa Beaudin was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was able to cut the cost of my auto insurance drastically from my previous insurer. I would highly recommend you go through her for any insurance needs. Lisa was so friendly and on top of the ball. I can’t thank you enough for the help!

I called today to have some questions answered and renew my travel trailer insurance. I spoke with Padmini Jagasia who was extremely helpful and pleasant on the phone with me. She answered all my questions and looked after the payment efficiently. Always nice to speak to someone who is knowledgeable and helpful.
I was in the process of renewing my annual home and auto policy and had a series of questions and I was very fortunate to have the assistance of Padmini Jagasia. She was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable which made assisting me very easy for even me to understand. Additionally she brought to my attention, options for life and accidental insurance which I am now making arrangement to obtain. Thank you again, Padmini for all of your help.
