Delivery. Sorry Kenny's, your pizza was terrible! Crust was gummy like wet dough, temp was lukewarm, ingredients were all in the centre, tons of green peppers added although not ordered. We'll stick with our frozen Dr. Oetker pizza in future, it's much tastier and it's only $6. Sorry Kenny's, we wouldn't recommend you to anyone.Food: 1/5
Pic with hair on top of plate. Really disappointed. We ordered tonight 8 donair dippers, poutine, and large garlic fingers. Poutine was great. Moved onto donair dippers and noticed no donair sauce. We checked the garlic fingers and there was none. We called and they said they would credit our account. When we started to eat the garlic fingers… we noticed a hair in them. Called and said we wanted a refund. They said the manager “John” would call us tomorrow to let us know if they can do that or not. Super disappointing. I know everyone says this but… we won’t be ordering from them again. I’ll update tomorrow if the manager decided to refund us or not. Manager didn’t call back.
Sorry Kenny's, your pizza was terrible and we won't be ordering from you again. Pizza was gummy, most of the ingredients were clumped together in the middle, it was lukewarm, you added a ton of green peppers, but I didn't ask for green peppers because I detest green peppers. The best thing I can say is that it was on time! We'll stick with our Dr. Oetker frozen pizza. It's $6 and tastes much better than the pizza we received from you this evening. Not recommended very sorry. Took pictures, but there's no way to add them?
For the cost of the pizza it could have been a lot better. The toppings were clumped together and not spread somewhat evenly. Hardly any sauce . We got a large deluxe and sadly the only thing that was deluxe was the price.Food: 2/5
So disappointed. First visit post covid. Got a slice of works pizza. It was terrible. Crust was dry, sauce so thinly spread that you could see crust throughout pizza and toppings very sparce. My last visit there.
Ordered from Kenny’s last night. I asked for donair pizza and bacon pizza with extra cheese. First this the donair pizza had hardly any donair meat and neither pizza had extra cheese and I paid $5 extra for each. Then apparently don’t give you donair sauce to go with your DONAIR pizza paid $6 for 2 very small cups. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the pizza was dry and cheese was not soft it was almost burnt on it. Too expensive and expensive they are ripping customers off.
I order on there online web service. I order the Moms pick. I got a confirmation email saying that my ordered was received. In the email it said that you can pick up in 20 mins or allow a little more time for delivery. I allowed and hour and 15 mins and called the restaurant and asked were my order was. They told me that it was going in the oven now an hour and 15 minutes after I ordered. They told my my order took so long because it’s Friday and I live so far away it would put them behind. I live 8 minutes away from the restaurant. Luke warm pizza, terrible service. Poor communication. Never again.
Our favorite pizza. The mom's special gets you pizza and garlic fingers. Totally recommend this for your next pizza.

OMG!!! That crust!!! You can put anything on their pizza and it would be good. Crisp on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. Literally the best pizza I've ever had!
