This Dine-In of ours was during Power Outage. We were craving for some good, hot & fresh food. Loved by the most, BP was finally the destination. Restaurant was more than half full, quite busy but had prompt service. Sorry don't remember the server's name but she was really accommodating with our allergen and food preferences. BBQ chicken & Mediterranean pizza were good so as the kids meal was enjoyed by my little one. Would go over soon again. Just stopped in here to have lunch with a friend. I ordered from the lunch menu loaded fries, tacos with a side of onion rings. It was ok. The kids got things from the kids menu and they were satisfied.
I ordered nachos with extra cheese layered, no olives and jalapeños on the side, a 10" pepperoni pizza, lightly done and a small order of wings for takeout. The wings were good...as for the rest, the pictures don't lie...very disappointing and cost me almost $60.00!!
I didn't have a positive experience today at Boston pizza. They were ants on the table, chairs and floors. I tried their new chicken sandwich and it was presented with seasonal vegetables, which mounted to a handful of broccoli. Just an overall disappointing experience at Boston pizza today.
Food was great. Had the kick'n Memphis chicken. Came hot and was pretty damn good. Not the typical team of pleasant waitresses but what looked like a couple of managers scrambling to get things done. There were a number of tables around us where there were order mistakes. Service took a really long time and just not the attention you would expect to get. Being fair and eyes open it's clear to see that this location was struck by staffing challenges and were doing the best they could with what they had. It won't stop me from going again I just couldn't based on the experience give this a better rating. Hopefully next time we frequent this location things are in a better situation for them.
Overall Good! It was less busy than the other side. It was late afternoon before the dinner rush, not many "guests" in the restaurant. We sat in the bar area. My wife & I and another couple of friends. I have a personal issue I would like to bring to your attention... I have great difficulty hearing over background noise, especially "voice" of people I wish to hear and talk to near me. I do use hearing aids, the inside of the building is very "noisy" and echo inducing. Perhaps you could hang some "sound absorbing" things. Carpet is wonderful for this, but I do understand it is not very conducive to a restaurant. Perhaps some "thick" cloth draperies on the windows, something in the rafters etc. to help absorb some sound, the background sounds bounce around in there, to many "hard" surfaces! During a "birthday greeting" on the other side of the restaurant, it was from one level of sound to a very high level of sound and frankly ...startled me! It was very "uncomfortable"! I had to turn off the hearing aids as quickly as possible, not easy without warning! I just want to make you aware of the issue, I am "sure" many others have similar issues. Kid-friendliness: family area with kids, Bar area without! Great. Parking: Lots of parking Wheelchair accessibility: yes
Lovely, so lovely! Our server Kirsten was super friendly and gave awesome personal service. The food was yummy as had shrimp tacos 10/10 recommend and when I asked for a super big version of my drink, they delivered
Our service when we came here was totally awesome!! I got a set of three pizzas and when they came out they were hot and fresh. Best experience i’ve had for a Boston Pizza lol.
this was my first time at this location and it was slower than I expected. there weren’t many people dining in but then again it was a Tuesday night. the service was decent it seemed to only be one server for the night and if that was the case he did very well given the circumstances, he was polite and patient can’t remember his name. The food was okay and the wait wasn’t tremendously long. All in all I still prefer the Downtown Halifax location but the Dartmouth Crossing one wasn’t too bad. If I’m ever in the area again, I’d probably visit. Spinach dip was alright, not the best but nothing to complain about. I really enjoyed the pizza poutine, basically a poutine with pepperoni I’m easy to please. Lastly the chicken alfredo pizza was decent, everything was pretty fresh.
