It's horrible that you can only take out there. You can sit where the restaurant used to be, but there were pizza boxes on the tables, and it wasn't clean . Chairs scattered around and napkins over the floor. But I will say the pizza tasted good. But the venue is horrible.Food: 4/5
Hi, just wanted to give some feedback. Food might be good but the customer service is terrible as well as trying to get in contact with them. I placed an order for delivery and 2 minutes after realized I forgot to add sides of sauce and pepsi. Didnt wait and made the phone call asap to find me waiting on hold for 15-20minutes. By the time I was answered, I explained that I was on hold this whole time and just wanted to add some sauce and pepsi to the order before it’s delivered. The person on the line replied “oh sorry, unfortunately theres nothing I can do now, the order was already sent out on delivery” and I repeated myself explaining how if the line was answered from the first couple of minutes, we wouldnt have this issue, yet again he replied “sorry, unfortunately theres nothing I can do now”, so what did I suggest, can you have someone deliver it to me then and ill pay for it on arrival, “sorry unfortunately you cant do that, its prepaid”, yes I know its prepaid and is why I suggested paying on arrival. Anyways, to sum the story up, they tried making me pay twice for delivery even after paying almost 70$ for the last one when it was there fault for not answering the phone on time. Hire better workers, or more. Phone service is useless if you cant get a hold of them and the people that are answering dont use any logic.
It had been a while since I ordered from Pizza Hut but I had a craving and couldn't resist. I went online to look at the deals and turns out they had a few offers that were online only so I took advantage of that. Medium pizza and boneless wings for $28 all in. Not bad. The pizza was delicious, the boneless wings were great, and the customer service was speedy and attentive. I'll definitely be ordering more in the future.
All u can eat lunch is good. But make it there when it starts to get it fresh. And their service is pretty good. Consistent. They do have a good Pizza deal - buy 1 large Pizza at regular price n get 3 medium pizzas for $5
I have been waiting 6 days for my refund due to not getting my pizza because of a power outage. They will not answer my calls. Can anyone help me get my $12.91 back?
I’m not much of one for fast food pizza. We have a lot of amazing independent pizza places in this city. But I’ll tell you - this place does an amazing job. If you’re looking for artisanal or had tossed crust or organic toppings, go somewhere else. But if you’re looking for consistently hot, delicious, fresh, well made classic pizza, this is the place. And their delivery driver is a sweetheart, too!.
Birthday party reservations made for 17 and they sat us at a table with enough room for 12 they even called us that day to confirm the number of guests. We had to pull over our own additional table and chairs to try and make room. I ordered a pasta and a personal pizza. I was the last person to get my pizza after most had finished eating and the server accidentally spilled it down my back onto my coat and sweater. She was very apologetic and got them to make me another as well as a free cinnamon bun no benefit to me as I'm not a huge fan of cinnamon buns. While waiting I paid for my order and got my pizza to go. When I got the pizza home it was not what I ordered. Also another person in our party fries were swimming in grease. The wraps come with little in them but tasted good. Pasta was good which is why I gave 2 stars and not 1.
The restaurant was closed, so the review is for the lobby. Food was very good, it is just a pickup window, so service as expected. Polite and friendly. We would have preferred eating in, but we enjoyed the food.Food: 4/5
Absolutely stunned with how bad this place is. No directions on how to order, no one around to ask. Tables are filthy! Chairs everywhere! Used the washroom and there was no soap and the smell was unreal. Like sewage! Only reason why we went here is because my daughter really wanted to try it out. So grossed out and disappointed. Just close the dining area and use this place for pickup only. Kid-friendliness: Not good! Parking: Good parking.
Literally the worst experience I've had here. Ordered two normal pizzas, two gluten free pizzas. The normal pizzas were fine. The two GF pizzas were for me, to last a couple days. The crust was so hard around the outer edges I couldn't eat the outer 5cm all the way around both pizzas. The pizza in general had a thickness of less than 1cm including toppings. The toppings looked like they were thrown at the crust. At least the taste was fine in the parts that were edible. I ate both pizzas in one sitting if that tells you how little food was on them. And I assume the price to be in the vicinity of $15-20 each... I didn't get a receipt so I couldn't say.
