Ken's Sewer Drain & Plumbing

We had our sink backed up in our basement and Ken’s had a plumber out to our house the same day so we could still make it to our family Christmas. Thank you very much! We really appreciate your help!

Thank You Kens service for your help over the phone & coming out to fix the valve. What I thought was an emergency at 1030 at night, you walked me through in shutting off the main water supply just for the night. In the end it was not an emergency as a girl would think. 😊 I'll be calling you guys again when I need service.

I have used Ken's drain and plumbing service for a clogged floor drain, they were on time and couldn't have gotten the job done faster. I am going to use them again for some water pressure issues.

Not a frequent reviewer, but alas this experience was horrible. We had basic pipe-plumbing work done and that was decent enough. However, we contacted them for a small follow up about 14 times, offered to pay... Nothing. Every single time, "sure, sure... we'll call you back." No response to texts. No help. No basic customer service, no simple human decency. Really sad, but if you want any form of customer service and transparency, run the other direction. Quickly. Take care, all.
