Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Dave K. (Tech 2666) and a colleague did a quick and clean install of a dishwasher purchased from Home Depot. Removed the old hard lines and made runs for the newer, shorter supply and drain lines without tearing apart the whole kitchen. Even hauled the old dishwasher outside for removal. They were professional, competent, made quick work of the job and left the site clean. Overheard him take a call from a customer and make plans to go the extra mile to meet their satisfaction. You could do worse.

I’ve used you guys before for a laundry drain and the service was great so when I had this toilet clogged I thought of you guys. It was the worst clogged I’ve ever see! It even ate our 3ft auger! The tech that came out was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He was out in less than 20 mins when we spent the whole evening on it. I also love the schedule service online. It’s so easy and so convenient! Thank you. Will definitely use you guys again although I do hope I won’t have to.😂

The 2 star deduction is for the dispatcher or whomever writes the schedule. I was given a window of 1:15 to 3:15, the plumber didn't arrive until just after 5pm. I called and spoke to the dispatcher twice and both times I was told 30 minutes, and both times it was more than 30 minutes. The plumber did eventually arrive and Brian #936 was, as the plumbers always are, great. He was upfront about pricing and clearly explained what he was going to do and why he was doing it. He was quick and cleaned up after he was done. My only complaint is with communication. Our reference number is 19896456

I recently had a clog in my tub. I decided to call Roto-Rooter after failing to clear the clog myself. Upon calling, the receptionist was polite and I was able to book a technician in a couple minutes. The technician (Wayne) was at my house about 2 hours after placing the initial call. He was courteous and knew exactly what to do. Fixed the problem in about an hour. I would definitely go with them for any future plumbing needs. Prompt service, great work, worth it.

I had a great experience with the two technicians that came to my home. Fred (tech #4155) and the other person arrived at the beginning of the window of time the dispatcher said they would. They quickly assessed the situation with my main house drain, and began to clear the line right away. Once I was shown the details of their initial work, they told me they were going to clear it again with a wider blade. They took their time to go the job right, and kept me in the loop at every step. Would recommend them and would totally use them again.
