Bonfe's Plumbing

Since purchasing a 13 year old home, we have called on Bonfe's 3 times in the last 6 months for plumbing and air conditioning repairs. Yesterday, Adam came out to install a new garbage disposal. He was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and on time. He got the job done quickly and perfectly. We have grown to expect this with Bonfe's, which is why we highly recommend them for any repairs. Adam N. represents them well.!

My condo bathroom ceiling leaked at 11pm on a Friday night. Bonfe sent someone out by 1am and fixed the problem in an hour. All staff members were courteous and friendly. They coordinated operations well, and communicated details and price clearly. I would recommend them.

They came out for a ‘tune up’ that was to be free because I am a monthly subscriber and had been paying a fee monthly. They said all these thing were wrong and charged a lot. Then wanted me to get a new a/c for 40000! My husband and I looked at them like do you think we are stupid because we are elderly. Cancelled with them next day. Be wary!!!

BONFE MATT - Our furnace was red tagged, meaning it couldn’t be use under State of MN law. We had two fireplaces to keep us warm and a hot water heater that still worked. We picked out the furnace we wanted, with a lifetime warranty. The next day enters BONFE MATT. BONTE MATT walked me through everything he was doing and brought it down to my level. While I had Matt there I asked him to make sure the humidifier was connected. Matt was extremely accommodating. He lives close to me wanted me to give him call in the morning to make sure the furnace was functioning properly. He gave me his direct phone. Well, first thing in the morning my temp showed 64°. I called BONFE MATT and to my amazement there he was!!! Oh, and also...if BONFE MATT hears about this post (he’s a dog lover) and Blanco is missing him he says, “I hope Santa brings you lots of treats and you get a puppy for yourself and family 🐕

We used Bonfe about a month ago to simply install a garbage disposal. We had the new disposal, they were simply installing it. Approximately 22 minutes, and $573 later, the disposal was installed....That's right, we were clipped the equivalent of $1,100 per hour to have a garbage disposal installed. Apparently I am in the wrong business! I talked to two other reputable and local plumbers and they said "to charge $573 for this installation is outrageous in the industry." Needless to say, we won't be using Bonfe any longer!!
