MSP Plumbing has served us well over the few years we have been enrolled in their preferred customer program.
Prompt, efficient, honest in their appraisals.
However, despite the discount that comes with membership, I feel their prices are quite high. Once given an estimate, I know that I can decline service. But with the last two visits, I felt the repairs were needed, and accepted the job for convenience. Both were well over $1000.
In future, I will more carefully consider each job before accepting their service.

Every time they have came out to fix something or to maintain, they have been extremely friendly, able to answer all my questions or concerns in a way that I understand, very knowledgeable guys. Always on time. Communication with the ladies in the office is wonderful. Glad I found them and had them come out! Thanks guys!! Keep up the awesome work!!

These guys are great. Especially Bo! He really takes his time and is extremely thorough. He keeps you very informed every step of the way and went out of his way to make me feel like a very important customer!  Whenever I call to make an appointment everyone is always very nice and helpful. This is the only company I will use!  :-) Thanks again!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Mike Anderson is exceptional. We talked through everything. He added the weather forecast capability to our Infinity Touch system.

Call these guys last year to check out why my AC was not blowing as hard as it use to and they told me that the home fan unit needed to be replace.  After spending nearly $6000 on that or the AC still didn't seem to be as cool as it once was. Call them out again and/or Tech told me that I would need in AC unit to be replaced. After a complaint about it the manager told him to do an AC recharge.  By then it was the end of the season.  Now only a few weeks and to this season am AC has completely stopped working.  These guys are a bunch of rip offs who don't know what they're doing. STAY AWAY!!!
