Kelseys Original Roadhouse

Hands down the best customer service I have received in years. It was clean, bright, decorated impeccably. The bathrooms even matched the colour scheme! They were about 1/3 full but you never would have known. Service started the minute I walked in the door and I had a drink in front of me within 2 minutes. I ordered the AAA sirloin, medium rare. It WAS overcooked, but steak is steak in my world! The gentleman that was "running the place" immediately recommended the Caesar salad and it was a huge hit. Please, if you are in the area, do not miss out on this spot!

I have been to Kelsey’s a few time. The food is consistently good. Food can take a while depending on when you go. The service is great. Bartender is especially awesome. Really friendly and helpful, good recommendations.

I've never been a huge fan of Kelseys but it's been a few years so I decided to give them another try. It was nice to see that they switched up their menu a little bit. The drinks weren't very good. Tried out the Honey Peach Tea Lemonade and the Raspberry Mojito. The peach tea lemonade was ok but the Raspberry Mojito was undrinkable. Ordered some nachos with chicken and basically recieved chips and piles of onion. There were two kinds of onion on there and every single bite was layered with handfuls of onions. For some reason there was both red onions and white onions and the white ones were cut to buger size...why?? The chicken was tasty but really tiny pieces smaller than the onions. The jalapeño was so tiny and so sparce you'd think it was a green sprinkle of garnish. The service was rushed, you could barley finish asking the server something and they ran away before you even finished the thought. There was no friendly chit-chat at all. Overall I didn't really enjoy my night and it will probably be some years before I go back again. Perhaps next time they will get it right.

Walked in to get a take out dinner order to try the spinach/cheese dip mainly, but ordered entrees too. Totally wrong chicken order and after 5 attempts to call, get transferred, doesn't even ring, then when it did ring no one answered. I gave up. This is the wrong chicken order and they look like wings but not remotely appealing to even try! Definitely don't match the receipt of what I ordered either.

They have delicious pasta and a fabulous mushroom burger. They also have great and friendly staff. You should try their foodFood: 5/5

Our first time dining out since the requirement to show proof of vaccination took us to Kelsey's. Chelsea was helpful and efficient, attentive and friendly. I took the advice written on the wall. Good food, great service.

While visiting from out of town my friend and I stopped and had dinner at Kelsey’s. We had the best experience ever with our waitress Katie. She was so sweet, her smile was contagious. The food was also excellent!! Thanks so much Katie! We’ll be back :

Just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service myself and my boyfriend received from Raquel this evening. She is extremely attentive, I hope this review reaches her so she gets the recognition she deserves. I myself got the chicken parmesan with Alfredo sauce on pasta asked for her recommendation. It was absolutely amazing. And as was the patty melt! Raquel is courteous, hilarious and made our overall dining experience 12/10 ! She goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend coming here and specifically requesting Raquel as your server if she is working.

There was not enough waitstaff. Two waitresses at 6 pm for the whole restaurant. The bartender was even helping the waitresses with tables. We sat at our table for 20 min before our waitress came to our table. Appetizer came out same time as our meal. It was nice to see an updated menu but food was sub par. Burger was over cooked but cheese wasn’t even melted. The drinks were good.

Just went to Kelsey's yesterday as I have been a longtime customer of Kelsey's Walker and tonight when I went in I was so happy to see a familiar face, Lisa, a formerly exceptional manager who had been at the Walker location. She is so welcoming and so attentive to her customers. I have not come as often due to the fact that I just have not felt very welcome as I did during Lisa's time there. I cannot say enough about Lisa as she goes above and beyond for her customers !! She is beyond professional and she has such a positive presence and rapport with her customers that has really changed the vibe at Kelsey's Walker! I felt so strongly that I now plan on coming back more regularly to Kelsey's now that Lisa is back, it feels like home! By the way bartender Kendra was amazing too!!!
