This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I would not recommend it to anyone. They have zero customer service and only care about money. The price is too high. I went and got a gel refill and within 4 days, 4 of my nails chipped and broke. When i went to fix it they acted like they were doing me a favour. The lady paid zero attention and ended up gluing my entire figure which led to me having a cut on my finger. She also made the shape completely different than what i already had. No body in this salon knows how to do a decent job. Do not take your service here, you will regret it.

It was great for most part. I went with my sister, friend and mom and they all got great service. Considering regular mani and pedi combination costs only 35$ it's not a bad place at all. Except the water for my feet spa was COLD, not even lukewarm, cold. Then my spa started making noises. The person that was attending to my feet and hands didn't do the good job pushing back the cuticles that the first try at nail coating didn't stick. The owner lady had to fix it for me, which she did graciously, but it took me twice as long to get my nails done than my sister or mom. The person that attended me was careless, didn't ask questions about what i wanted, didn't inform me of things she is about to do and didn't communicate to me at all. I understand that most of them there spoke Chinese, but the other ladies asked what the customer wanted albeit in broken English. This one just didn't have proper customer service skills. Also she was constantly sniffling and coughing in front of me, without keeping her mask on. I had to prompt her gently to put the mask back on. Only then she did it half-heartedly. The Salon was great. They fixed what i had issues with on my nail and pricing was good. The lady named IRENE was not.

Horrendous experience. Beyond disappointed. I went in for a shellac mani and pedi. The nail tech had me soak my fingers in a bowl of acetone to dissolve the shellac I was removing.. then proceeded to remove the polish with a mechanical file all the way down to my natural nail. She dismissed my concerns of this method thinning out my natural nails too much (forget about my fingers sitting in pure acetone!!) and continued. I should've stopped and left at this point .. I had ridges from the file on every nail. Then when she asked me what shape I want, I asked for coffin. She did not know what this was so I showed her an exact picture of what I wanted. She sloppily and hurrily filed each nail leaving them all uneven and not at all what I had asked for. When I politely asked her to correct a few nails, she was obviously annoyed and acted as if I was doing her a huge inconvenience (seems she was just trying to get me out of the door as soon as possible). After I asked her for a correction, she grabbed my finger and intentionally pinched me quite hard with her own nails. Not trying to have my service end even more poorly than how it was already going, I bit my tongue and didn't say anything. She applied the base coat before I got a chance to check the shape again. After which I looked and she had left the nails jagged and wanted me to set the shellac. I politely pointed this out to her, and again she dug her nails into my finger ... atrocious service! I can't believe any establishment would treat a paying client this way. I left very disappointed and with a horrible manicure. I have been going to this salon for years on and off, and my mother goes here regularly. But after this experience you can bet neither of us will be returning!!!!

I just had a pedicure there and it was great! The lady took her time, was very thorough and gentle. I would definitely go back here. Happy customer :)

What a horrible experience with this location. This is the 2nd time I've tried them out and unfortunately it ended with a bad experience. I went in for a nail polish change and was charged for a refill. When discussing it with the lady at the cash she kept trying to tell me I was wrong and that a refill is a polish change .... ummmm no it's not. I specifically said I did not want a refill as I will be doing my nails again next week for my vacation. They went ahead and did it anyway and charged me for it. I've been doing my nails for a good while now and I have never been this upset with the end result. The nail polish was not applied properly, they didn't shape my nails right, I asked for a trim down and they cut my nails lower then I wanted. This is all a result of someone who isn't listening to their client. When I first walked in they didn't even want to help me. They were all sitting around talking and eating ( don't get me wrong, everyone deserves a break, but be professional about it ) I am very disappointed with this nail place and unfortunately they just lost a valued customer. The one star attached to this review was only given because I had to in order to post... 1 star is not deserved. This is my opinion of this establishment ... I tried them out 2 times and unfortunately it is just not the place for me. I cannot justify spending my money on poor quality and unprofessionalism.
