After using this service a couple of times, they've become my go-to. The selection and prices are great, and the orders are processed and delivered accurately and promptly. The customer service is excellent, with clear communication and clear updates on the status of your order, and the people I've spoken to directly have been knowledgeable and very friendly. The website has fairly accurate descriptions for the different types, and the products are delivered as advertised. I've only ordered the higher mid-grade bundle deals so far because I wanted to make sure they delivered what was being advertised, but based on my experience so far I will be adding some top shelf to my cart next time I order.
I’ve been using their delivery service for years now and they are definitely the best in the business! Amazing prices and quality you won’t find elsewhere and great customer service! Delivery drivers in all colours, shapes and ages that are always kind and courteous. Any mistakes made on my orders over the year less than a handful have always been corrected and then some ! Awesome people awesome company definitely recommend you try them out !
I've been using the products for months now and they have never disappointed me. Door to door delivery does add the value to their service and very convenient as it gets delivered to the door step. Also Don't think anyone in lower main land can match their prices. Highly recommend the store.
Best place to buy flower, oils and edibles! I have not gone back to the gov stores since trying Karuna. Excellent customer service, top quality products, free delivery over $50 and I've had a few extra perks where I've received bonus bud! Also, the prices can't be beat especially for the quality. Karuna is the best! Lots of selection and great deals on all different types of cannabis products. Delivery and customer service is awesome and discreet, friendly drivers, friendly staff. Local delivery within a couple hours at the most usually before then. Been a customer for a couple years now they’re always good to me and sometimes slip in a little something extra highly recommend.
I just received my second online order. I appreciate the patience and kindness of the staff to help me with my first order. The men who delivered to my house were refreshingly contentious. They were sensitive about the time of night as evidenced by reaching out on my phone to tell me they arrived rather than waking my young son. Thank you for the high professionalism, care and consideration the staff demonstrate. Your prices are good and your product is excellent.

The best and most consistent weed delivery service in Vancouver. They always deliver quick and with high quality goods. It's actually funny how much better they are then the others out there. I've ordered from about 10 others - so this is coming from a lot of trial and error.
I have been a Karuna customer for a long time.Always excellent service from the office staff they have a lot of knowledge about products and don't mind answering a 100 questions to make sure you get the right product for what ails you. On the rare chance there was an issue with product or a driver being a little longer they didn't have a problem making it up to me. Thanks Karuna team.Just wish you had a storefront :
