Quality weed for real, kind and wise staff. Great deals too and I loved that you can just roll your joints before bouncing, different papers to choose too.

I really like this place, the music is good and sometimes there's a dog around to pet while you wait. They're one of the few places left that doesn't sell that crumbly, freeze dried, prepackaged weed. Staff are always friendly but I wish they had female bud tenders working more often as sometimes you need a little feminine advice y'know?

Good staff always a positive experience. They are a store and yes at one point one of the vape tip kept breaking and they replaced them most of the time. It also not there product and these problems happen. The staff are alway friendly and informative. It you go at peak hours there be a line up well daaaa it worth the wait product it top notch and fresh not this over dried stuff that come out of most other places. A1 service been coming here for since they been on the block.

Bought a pen, found it made me feel terrible and tried to exchange it for one of the same price that I knew I liked and they refused. $40 isn't worth a return customer, I guess. Staff were "polite" enough but completely unhelpful and low on stock on everything. Felt like they just wanted to walk away instead of offering suggestions or deals of any kind. Basically told me to buy a new one full price or leave. Not to mention they're cash only and didnt give me a receipt

Every time I’ve been in this store, I’ve had helpful service, friendly smiles, and I have never been disappointed with the products. Today I bought a new cream for my back. It works wonders. And I also bought a cartridge refill for my pen and I have never tried the company before, the woman helped me pick the one I wanted and oh my goodness. Its amazing.

I bought a vape pen kit from this store about a month ago. It was $130 + tax. The store employee assured me it was designed for use with distillate oil and that if for any reason I wasn't satisfied with my purchase, I would be able to return it for a full refund within 30 days. When I tried to use the pen, it leaked distillate oil from the sides and destroyed two items of my clothing. A friend gave me a pen that was truly designed for distillate and does not leak. I went in to return the pen kit I bought and was told that no refunds are available, all sales are final. The staff member LIED TO MY FACE about the return policy just to make the sale. They are the closest dispensary to my house and they just lost all my remaining business. Do NOT go there! Do NOT spend money there! The staff will openly lie to you. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I am entirely outraged that this is how a business can be run.

Great friendly staff, great hours 10am-10pm everyday is incredibly helpful! bus stop right out front if you use public transit, banks close by, good deals and they make sure your products work. They invest in good business practices.

One of the better locations. The product is well worth it.....the prices are fair for the 1/8's . Would definitely recommend coming here,for all your "weed" needs.

Cafe 420 is a great dispensary. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and approachable. Everyone has a smile on their face. The inventory is constantly changing so there is a good variety of product. Definitely check them out if you are in the neighborhood.

Best place to go hands down. I have been going to Cafe 420 for a number of years. Always outstanding customer service. Product is good and priced well. Daily Deals and Happy Hour is a nice cherry on top.
