I visited the practice today and received a first class service from the nurse I saw Ms Lee, she was really patient friendly and offered a very proffesion service. Followed by a very helpful receptionist who was really patient and helpful too. One happy patient.

If only 0 stars was an option. I have been ringing for 3 hours everyday for the last 2 weeks trying to get an appointment. I got fed up of waiting so I walked to the drs and rang them to hear the phone ringing and them all just sat in back office laughing and joking. Well they are all a joke. & they are the reason why emergency departments are always busy because they can’t get in at the own GPS or it’s been that long It’s got worse they have had to go to hospital. It’s disgusting. Walking into that drs and people say waiting saying they have been there over an hour and not seen 1 dr call anyone’s name out or seen anyone go in for over an hour. You need to seriously get that place sorted or shut the place down. It’s not worth been open..!!!

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. Have spent in total nearly 2 hours just waiting for a receptionist to answer a phone in the last few days. I ended up having to drive there just to get some results that haven’t come through the post. Despite no patients in the waiting room it took listening to receptionists talking to each other about the best way through Birdwell and worsborough nearly twice to be acknowledged. Maybe they should have cut short their personal conversation to answer some of the calls! Maybe take the phones back of silent! Maybe think about people who might be ill and aren’t able bodied enough to trek down to surgery, even though it’s nearly impossible to physically see a doctor anyway. Any other business that was run like this would be bankrupt. I know we have all suffered covid but the rest of the country is up and running. Come on guys get your act together it could actually be peoples lives at risk.

Can't get through on the phone, always end up waiting over half an hour on hold even after you're told to call back after 10am - the time is irrelevant. When you eventually get through you can't get an appointment? Can't book them in advance like it says you can. Never seeing the same person so constantly repeating myself. Was told to ring back for a same day appointment but when I did first thing in the morning when they opened: after being on hold of course I was told they had all gone... then the next day there were appointments but I was told off for trying to book a same day appointment for what they said wasn't an emergency yet I was just doing what the previous receptionist had told me?! This place is so bad. Looking for a new doctors... absolutely terrible and I would never recommend this place to anyone at all.

Awful service can never get and appointment. Receptionist are less than helpful. Never see the same dr twice. So you find your explaining yourself over and over again, eating into your 10 min appointment. Would give no stars if available

Could not get an appointment before lockdown, during lockdown and after lockdown. Nothing but, ring back in the morning when we open for an appointment. I ring bang on 8am, when they open, take ages to answer the phone, by which time, all the appointments are gone. There is no other way to book an appointment. Absolutely disgusting! Out Of Hours AGAIN!

Horrible. I've never known a surgery as bad. Can't choose zero stars as that would of been my option. Used to be a good practice.... But now.... Horrendous. Every single time I've been for myself or my son we've had the minimum wait of 1 hour.... Maximum wait which was the last straw was 3 hours! Can never get through on the phone.... But funnily enough the phone NEVER rings when you're in the surgery. Unable to understand how they can be so behind and running late when they've only just opened up.... 70 missed appointments last month?? Is that maybe because they were taking forever in their surgeries. Half your medication without you knowing. And the poor pharmacy next door has to deal with it.

We just move to dodworth from Leeds and trying to get register with GP here in Dodworth so trying to book an appointment but no picks up the phone. Tried nearly 10 times and no luck still.

Almost impossible to get appointment over a phone. Once you eventually get an appointment for a specific time slot and even if you arrive 15 minutes prior to this time slot, you still will end up waiting extra 30 minutes for some unknown reason. This happens even during morning appointments, where's that delay from? It looks like their motto is: 'Time heals'.

They denied I'd made a appointment which I had. They then said there's no prove of it but I have prove in the form of a voice mail. Can't wait for the excuse lol
