I use the mail order service. I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service and the product. Price, even with shipping, is very reasonable. Shipment came quickly from BC to Toronto and was well sealed and packaged. If you're looking to get your hands on some real BC bud - this is the place. EDIT 6 months later: if I could give these folks 6 stars, I would. Best product, best customer service ever. By far the best value for money out there bar none.

Only ever done mail order. Decent product at a decent price. Register on the site as they send out promos around once a month. 1.5 stars taken for poor customer service. .5 taken because there are better buds out there at a better price. For example, non storefront,MoM shops that only do mail order. shipping time and packaging is acceptable. They do have some world class products, just gotta find them :

Awesome friendly service. Top quality product. I've been ordering g from them for over a year and they are the best I've experienced** edit** plan far ahead for shipping times, they seem to have gotten better, but can be slow at times.

Used to be good now the quality is worse and the delivery time is more than a week but they charge $20 for fast shipping. There are many others that are quick and you don't get twigs and branches in the stuff. Greenrhino has had its day I think .... not worth the money if you want quality and speedy service.

I really enjoy this dispensary. They have such a wide variety selection. I have found numerous amount of medicine that works. Living with fibro myalgia amongst other issues has been quite hard and I finally found some relief! They are always there to answer questions and they have decent prices. I have even gotten some patients to change from Tweed and they are very happy. I always tell my doctor how happy I am with them. You need to check them out! I have always been so happy. Delivery will take 3-5 days. Just make sure you have some to tie you over. Waiting is never fun but the quality of products are really unmatched compared to others. Just call if there's a issue. They are always happy to answer questions. Love this place!!!

I don't post reviews that often but this one deserves it. I've bought cannabis from MANY different dispensaries and growers and Green Rhinos is by far the best in terms of quality bud and shatter. Its come to the point where I don't bother ordering from anywhere else because it doesn't compare.

THIS PLACE SUCKS. AT FIRST IT SEEMS AMAZING AND WITH TIME YOU WILL FIND OUT HOW AWFUL IT REALLY IS. First of all, if you're getting it in the mail sometimes it can take more than a week until you receive your order . Second and most importantly, the weed came and one of the 2 OUNCES was MOLDY. This was my third time ordering. I have had multiple attempts at contacting them and resolving this issue and NOTHING was done. BE CAREFUL. I watched the moldy weed i had ordered and what happened with it. It was taken down off the website and then a shatter magically " became available". Green rhino will send out GARBAGE products and then they WILL NOT do anything to rectify the problem. Thank you.

what a frickin' gong show. If you want to hold an order for a pickup, you have to use a credit card or a debit card. Ok. I tried to place an order for pickup a couple of times with my credit card and then with my debit card. Painful process #1. Called them to make sure that only one order went through. Their reply, "oh, we don't charge your credit or debit card". Duh? Not what I asked. I also got way too many emails, that I had to call them back asking what's what. Christmas traffic made it impossible to pick up the order during the week so I made a specific trip to go there just now except my order is at the other store. Nope, car is parked, paid for parking. Asked what one strain was used for and was told it's an indica strain. Again, not what I asked. What do you have comparable to what I ordered. Girl too new. Didn't know anything, and I'm in the middle of a gong show already. Picked a strain but this store's debit machine was down, they don't accept debit, but ONly cash. Who in the hell carries 200 bucks on them nowadays wanted an ounce. There's an ATM up the street or I can go to the other store. WT...? I have to hold an order with a credit card yet you don't take credit cards? Also, if I'm in the store wanting to buy med mj, maybe it's because to "go up the street" is a huge effort for me? After all, most of us are coming in for ailments and a trip up the street to pay a high priced atm fee is not a solution, no matter how much you think it is. walk a mile in the shoes of a person with chronic pain and you will see what I mean. Another disconnect - the other place charges tax. This place doesn't. So, now you want me to go to the other store? Uh-uh...I walk out of this store and I'm going elsewhere and it won't be to your other store. Way too many disconnects, gong shows and lack of customer service that this place offers. I finally did end up walking out of the store empty handed. Doubt I'll ever go back. There are too many other places that offer good prices and decent service. This place just doesn't happen to be one of them.

Really bad service, staff didnt seem to wanna work there. They announced a promotion for black friday and 30 min after the store is open the staff says that "someone" bought it all. Pure marketing, but bad strategy to lie to your costumers. Do not recommend to anyone.

My 1st order i thought i go small to test waters and ordered a 1/2 oz on tusday picked up at mail thursday great product and fast was so happy. So for next order i ordered a oz. Somewhere along the way the mail lost my package its now 11 days since my order and wendsday. They are resending my order as of monday but have yet to resend. So as far as i can see be monday or tusday earlyest i see my order and 17-18 days from original order..
