I have seen incredible gains in my fitness since starting at Kamloops Fit. The support with diet, exercise and injury prevention are key for me pursuing my personal goals. The trainers are well educated and are always pursuing their own personal development to better serve their clients. I love the personalized training in a small group setting. Highly recommended.

I love this place!! The people who train you know the in's and out's of fitness, health and nutrition and want you to succeed. Being able to have a trainer who is aware of my needs and goals and works with me to achieve them is super important.  All the trainers are friendly and do not judge based on your shape, size or ability. Other members also embrace you regardless of your shape, size or ability. As someone who is overweight and  has struggles with anxiety I am always concerned with feeling out of place but at Kamloops Fit I feel 100% comfortable and that is a great feeling!

The team at Kamloops Fit Centre are top notch! I went in to get my body fat % checked and Lana made sure she explained everything in detail, including ways to improve muscle quality before my competition in May. Highly recommend them!
