Gold's Gym Franchise

One of the best gyms here in Kamloops. The staff is so polite and machines all work and are in good shape. First gym I’ve stuck to for longer then a year because I feel comfortable working out there without getting judged by staff and other gym users. Would recommend golds to anyone who want a nice gym with good price as well. ~Lisa~

Good luck cancelling your pass or getting ahold of the manager when the charges keep coming out. Worst run gym in Kamloops. Some of the staff is friendly, but the manager is awful. Won’t be back. ***edited to say - owner responds to a Justin.. my names just Justin, but not sure it necessarily a good thing that I’m not the only one that this is happening to, but I’m not surprised

I've worked out at Gold's Gym in Kamloops almost 2,500 times. I can say conclusively that it's an exceptionally well-equipped, well-run facility. I highly recommend this gym!

If you like gender segregated commercial gyms, you'll love Golds. If you fit in with the 90% of people that want to count reps on a comfy padded machine while you play on your cellphone, you'll love Golds. If you're a competitive lifter and are looking for a gym with the energy that comes from a crew of people pushing themselves and each other, you'll love a different gym.

Very clean and friendly to all levels of lifters. Lots of space and the machines are in good condition. Great spot to workout -Melanie Wintjes Real Estate

Terrible customer service. Will never recommend this gym to anyone and will never go back. You can blame the government all you want but it was your response to the changing circumstances and lack of care/customer service that was the problem. I have emailed you for assistance but wasn't provided any.

I love it! The staff is great. I like the separate ladies area, i can get my workout done without any distractions. Gym is quite large even when it's busy you will find your own space.
