Tried to sign up, called multiple times while standing in the sun by the entrance. Was let in by a member. Stood/sat by the empty office during the business hours. 4.20pm-4.50pm Wednesday September 7, 2022 Employees MIA? "No time for you Fitness"
Good amount of racks, always clean and there are some non peak hours when it’s not very busy. Just what I need.
I came here as a guest before Christmas unfortunately on the day restrictions were announced. The gym and owner were lovely and I do hope everything works out for the best in 2022. The only thing you can control is your health! Let's hope this is the last gym closure we ever see in BC. Vaccines are great but please make sure you put in the work to make your body healthy and fit.
Very clean, very friendly, good equipment, amazing workout
Super chill gym, smaller and a little on the pricey side at 55 a month. But the environment is really nice and it's a good location. Lots of free weights and not usually busy.
Been out of this gym for over a year now and my boyfriend and I are still getting charged even after several phone calls to the gym and in person visits where we were told it wont happen again and promised our memberships were cancelled and money would be refunded. Well, money was refunded but we are still being charged..
The gym itself is quite clean and a nice environment. I only had a membership for two months prior to the covid-19 pandemic. My membership was put on a freeze as I requested, still I was charged multiple times. They have refunded me now for the charges, I did email to cancel and with no response, they of-course charged me now that the gym is up and running. I called and got refunded. But I also was charged for a bi-annual fee of $19.99 which supposedly is for the running of the facility, maintenance and such. I had no idea that was a fee I was to pay, I felt it should have been stated more clearly when I first signed up. After only being a member for two months prior to the pandemic and then I was charged a bi-annual maintenance fee I feel like this company really is a bit shady. I wouldn’t recommend this gym, and after reading some other reviews of people canceling memberships in the past and still getting charged I will be keeping an eye on my credit card. Overall I am not impressed.
24/7 access very convenient, the gym has a really good selection of equipment, everything you could need. I've never had a problem with having to lineup and wait for a machine. Clean facilities and has a positive environment. Everyone is there to do their own thing. The setup makes it really convenient for me to use different machines efficiently.
Amazing gym! Love the staff and the manager will go above and beyond for you. 1000 x better than the ones in Victoria. They are so personable and make you feel special. You get 24/7 access and you can attend any Anytime around the world, what’s not to love!
Ever since I have attended this gym I have grown to love it more and more with each session. The staff is unreal and wanting the best for you and your development. The gym itself offers a great environment due to the other great members that go and equipment for all aspects of physical activity. If ever considering a gym to go to, this one should be highly considered.
