I have been staying at Fintry provincial park. This review would be amazing due to the outstanding and informative staff, beautiful views and historical landmarks but after seeing how cheap management is, the disrespect to employees and all over rudeness of both managers husband and wife. Will not be returning I suggest ANYWHERE ELSE!

This has nothing to do with the staff or the camping Its the administration section of the company as my issue lies with e controller of the company .I did camp last weekend but later found out I could have paid half as much as being a senior and after calling the office and sending emails NO ONE RESPONDED TO MY REQUEST SO MAKES ME THINK WHY DID THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME AND WHY DID THEY NOT REIMBURSE ME AS THE SITE DOES NOT GIVE ENOUGH INFORMATION WHEN MAKING RESERVATION AND AS i DID NOT DO THE RESERVATION AS MY FRIENDS DID IT FOR ME .I DID CHECK THE SITE AND THE RESERVATION SECTION AND ID DOES NOT PROVIDE A SECTION UNDER RESERVATION TO GET THIS DISCOUNT ?????
