Country RV Kelowna

Great experience at Country RV, the year after I bought my second hand Adventurer I had an issue with the front cab starting to leak. Nadean from the service department made sure everything was replaced as needed, which was a massive job and my motorhome will be in excellent condition again for coming spring/summer. I wast charged for this as they took full responsibility for this issue and repaired as needed and got it back bright and shiny too! Great to see such excellent follow up on second hand former rental units. Very pleased

My second purchase from these wonderful folks and both times, i was very well pleased with their approach to customer service. Very easy to work with, non aggressive and quick responses. Both purchases were sight unseen via the internet and website images and i was not surprised or shocked by anything. Well done!

We took delivery of our new Keystone Montana in October of 2016. Our Norcold recreational fridge has never operated properly in that the freezer would not freeze properly resulting in extensive frost build up and food defrosting. Food left on the top shelves of the refrigerator would freeze, however. Country RV has sent mobile technicians out, time and time again, to repair the refrigerator over the past 15 months attempting to repair the refrigerator. have recieved excellent news that our refrigerator will be replaced within the next few weeks..

My husband and I just purchased a fifth wheel from the most helpful and pleasant group of people we have ever dealt with. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a RV to go here first. Thanks again Country RV Dale and Carmelle
