I believe our refrigerator problems are almost over thanks to the efforts of Country RV. It took 15 months, numerous service calls, and dozens of emails between Country RV and Norcold's but we have great news! We will be receiving a brand new Norcold refrigerator in the next week or so.  Thank you, Country RV for getting us a new fridge. In addition, the motor on our furnace developed a very noisy vibration. It took less than 2 weeks for Country RV to assess the problem, order and install a new motor.

They must have pulled up their socks in the last three years because these guys rock! Thanks for the great service and patience with explaining the finer details.

Thanks for the help today with my dilemma .... I phoned and couldn't figure out something with my trailer I bought awhile ago...and the salesman was really patient with me....everything is working now...
