We visited the restaurant in the evening so ordered snacks, sweet lassi, mango lassi, and coffee Paneer pakoda and onion pakoda tasted so good but they were served without any sides. We asked them then they brought 3 sides. Not sure why it was not served at first. Chana samosa was ok. They had tamarind chutney but Missed the sweet chutney flavor. Sweet lassi and mango lassi tasted good. The portion size was too big. It was hard for an adult to finish it. They served mango lassi with ice cubes which we didn’t expect but when asked they replaced them immediately. Ordered coffee but it was not Indian coffee. They served American-style coffee with cream. When we asked they replaced coffee with milk. It was ok
Ordered multiple items on Uber eats. Excellent food. Every item was delicious! I’m surprised I didn’t know about this place despite it being near me. Priced reasonably too!
Excellent excellent excellent. The food is absolutely delicious, so many sauces and sides to try. The naan is a good recipe, very soft. We’ve been here for dine in before and we were doted on and had a great time. shout out to the young man server who gave us very good recommendations we were fairly new to Indian food and Indian beer. The portion size is also wonderful, plenty of leftovers. Great place, I wish more people knew about this gem. Vegetarian options: Great spot for vegetarians! My girlfriend is vegetarian and I always feel bad when she has 1-2 options on a menu but there are so many good options, basically the whole menu can be veg.
We ordered chana bhatura and veg platter. The ambience might not be great but the food was above my expectations. Curteous staff, clean place, good menu.
Kalia is our go-to Indian restaurant. The food is incredible, portions are substantial, prices are reasonable, and the service is always super attentive. The lamb korma is particularly wonderful. We typically order naan, two entrees, and one lassi, and pay around $50 with tip. I tell everyone I know in Seattle to go here. Don't miss it!
Great Indian restaurant. The owner is amazing and super friendly. The Indian food is good. It has all the dishes you would want and others. I didn’t take photos because I scarfed it down so quickly! The Indian curry was very good. The bread sampler is $12 but it has so much bread and it’s great for 3 people. There are also different types of naan and bread which is fun.
Everything was delicious, as always. We even ordered extra planning to have the leftovers. It was so good we still ate too much. We got the paneer butter masala, the lamb jalfrezi, and the chicken Tandoori. Also the garlic naan bread is always good. Definitely recommend!!
Get the garlic and Parmesan Naan!! It’s made in house and is incredible! The lunch combo on the weekends is under $10 and really tasty. The butter chicken and Chana masala are better than the chicken tikka masala.
I've never had a bad experience with any of their locations. The food is exceptional and the owners are very kind and friendly. Every trip to the restaurants feels so welcoming. The mango lassi has great flavor. The saag, special curry, and butter curry are always favorites for my family. I'm only sad that I live so far south that I can only get food from them once in a while.
The Pakora they made, with the different sauces to eat with these fritters, are very good. I like that mix of sauces with a crispy item since so often, in the cuisine that is "mainstream US/Canada", it is one sauce or another with a crispy item honey mustard with chicken nuggets, tartar sauce with fried fish, yet in this Indian cuisine here I really liked the mix of something fruity and something savory and something spicy.
