Reliable towing in Merritt BC responded to a BCAA road service call for my 1989 Plymouth GRAND voyager 13 KM FROM MERRITT EXIT 272 LEFT REAR BEARING VIBRATING PULLED OVER CHECK THE WHEEL CALL BCAA IN 45 MINUTES. THEY ARRIVED TOWED MY VEHICLE TO KAL TIRE MERRITT BC TO REPLACE THE BEARING.nDuring this expedition, my good Samaritan friend used her AC while parked while I was working this killed the battery, In advertently while we were waiting for the tow for my voyager, her vehicle would not start. The consideration of the tow truck driver was outstanding. We were transported to a hotel we reserved. The night inn wonderful, reasonable, accommodation outstanding! waiting for repairs he told the other vehicle my friends Honda to kal tire also for repairs. I paid for all the services well done that started first thing in the morning. We were on our way before lunch to complete our trip home Tsawwassen. And Deep Cove Thanks for the wonderful work and consideration of Kal tire and reliable towing very well done! Hurrah, definitely outstanding performance and a wonderful consideration. We had a broken down trailer tire in the middle of the night outside of Merritt. The emergency technician who came to help us was an absolute beauty and super fast and helpful. 10/10 roadside help, forgot his name but he was great!
Fantastic service and mechanical work. Kal Tire fit us in to repair a blown brake line on our truck which was hidden up under the fuel tank, allowing us to get home to Salmon Arm in time for an important appoint early the next day. Couldn't have dealt with a more professional group of people.
My wife had a tire warning light come on driving down the Coq. She stopped in and the Mgr and tire tech looked at her car right away and told her that the tire was not punctured, filled it with air and she was on her way. Great service and friendly staff.
I am so grateful for the helpful folks at Kal Tire in Merritt. I was driving the Coq on the way to Kelowna making the decent towards Merritt when out of the blue, my vehicle started making a concerning noise. After weighing the options, I continued driving towards Merritt in hopes I could have a professional advise me if it was ok to continue to drive to Kelowna or not. Of course, this happened on a Friday at the end of the working day. I popped into a large Canadian chain store to see if their service department could have a quick look at my vehicle to advise me if it was safe to continue driving or not. I was told the earliest someone could look at my vehicle was the next afternoon. With 15 minutes before closing, I called Kal Tire and explained the situation. I was told if I could get there quickly, they could take a look. I got to Kal Tire 7 minutes before closing and they got my vehicle in immediately. It took some exploration to determine the source of the noise, but they were determined to provide an accurate diagnosis. A little after 5 pm, I was advised of the issue loose heat shield rattling against the exhaust and that it was perfectly safe to drive. The staff went above and beyond to help which allowed me to continue my journey reassured. They worked past closing to help me and didn't even charge me. Endless thank yous to the kind lady at the service desk I didn't catch her name but she said she usually works at a different Kal Tire and was filling in and to the gentlemen who looked at my vehicle and determined the source of the noise.
