Thank you so much to Jordan and the team for helping us plug the flat tire we got on the Coquihalla on Nov 25, 2022. We were lucky the 6 inch piece of metal you pulled out of the tire didn't do more damage! Your quick expertise had us back on the road in less than 45 min. You made a terrible circumstance nearly stress free.
The guys at Kal Tire in Merritt were awesome! They fit us in without an appointment when we blew a tire on our motorhome and they had us back on the road in under 30 minutes. Thanks guys for your great service and a great experience! Would highly recommend Kal Tire in Merritt!!
Kudos once again to the wonderful folks at Merritt Kal Tire for their speed and courtesy with a quick tightening of our lug nuts! We had summer tires put on shortly before we departed and were due for a tightening. I highly recommend this business!

Purchased my winter tires from them this past winter. I've been very happy with the tires, no issues. Kal Tire was recommended for women to use by BCAA back when i was in my 20's. I've been using them all over BC ever since. Never been disappointed in product or performance !
Stopped by with alignment concerns after hitting black ice on the number 5. The shop straight up refused to see me or provide any help.

Young fellow was so wonderful he got us fixed up and wished us well.
I asked when I got my winter tires on if there was anything wrong with my summers. They said no they’re good. I go to put them on and got told they’re bald. I specifically asked if my summers were still good and apparently got lied to… thanks guys!
