K.O.A.L.A. Dental Care

They were over an hour late on my kids appointments and they said that was normal for them. I will never go back to this dentist it was a horrible experience. If i could give them a negative rating i would.

They don't like having patience with MA especially kids. I forgot about my daughter's appointment totally spaced it and this was her first offense. I was upset at myself and said a few cuss words not directed at the person I was talking to and I got a call back stating we aren't aloud to come back because she missed one appointment and i for frustrated. Now my 5 yr old has to go without a retainer for her underbite. All because she has MA and their receptionist are super sensitive.

We had an appointment for 1130 and wasn't called back until 1230. Once seated, we waited another 30 minutes before anyone came to start on my child. Other then the time frames, place was very clean and staff was great with the kids. Need to stick to scheduled appointments better in order to ensure other appointments people have planned later on in the day are made. 1.5 hours for another consultation when it was supposed to be an appointment to have cavities filled is a little excessive.

We travel from Coon Rapids to St. Cloud just to see Dr. Collier. I am in the dental field and both dad and son are amazing dentists. Thanks to them by son has had excellent dentalcare for 12 years.

excellent care our 8 year old has been to many dentists and she would have problems getting x-rays from other dentists and they had no problem relaxing her and getting they truly wonderful for kids.
