Dr Welch and Dr Turrittin are amazing! I have 5 children, two with special needs, and ALL of my children look forward to their Dental Visits. Their staff are so kind, helpful and wonderful, you cannot know or appreciate this until you experience it. They care so much about their patients, and even if work has to be done on teeth, they go well above and beyond what I have ever seen in making sure it is fixed, and that the kids are able to enjoy the experience. They way your treated is more as family than a just a patient like other dental offices. If you ever have the opportunity to take your kids here do it! Your children will thank you for it.

Refused to see my daughter, because, even though they will technically accept her insurance, they don't want to clutter their busy schedule with a patient using state insurance. Receptionist: "We currently aren't accepting new patients with MA." Me: "Why are you discriminating against people with state insurance?" Receptionist: "Well, the dentists are very busy, and we are scheduling months out, so they chose not to take any new MA patients." I asked, "So you are discriminating. What if I don't bring her MA card, just her other insurance card?" Receptionist didn't know what to say and I ended the call. So, if your insurance is funded partially by the state, don't waste your time calling. They don't have time for you.

Pediatric Dentistry is amazing! We drive 4 hours for our 3 children to go there. They absolutely love it. Dr. Welch is wonderful and extremely good at making the kids feel comfortable. There staff is great at working us into their schedule when we're in town. Thank you!!

Pediatric Dentistry is an absolutely amazing place! My kiddos had never been to a dentist before I brought them here. The staff was extremely kind and gentle with my kids. Best of all, they took the time to explain to my kids and myself step by step what they were going to do, even through the exam and xrays. When my youngest needed further care, they were extremely accommodating to fit us into their busy day. Dr. Turrittin was WONDERFUL! She made sure my son was comfortable during the procedure, read his body clues during it if he needed to take a break, and she worked quickly in a relaxed manner ☺ I would recommend Pediatric Denristry to anyone looking for a new dentist, the building is beautiful and the doctors and their staff are AMAZING!

Absolutely terrible customer service. You have to jump through hoops to try to get an appointment and still get denied service in the end. Even though my daughter was a previous patient she was still denied service. This place is a joke.
