Story

Our space was created with the intention to be accessible and work as a calm and inviting environment. Our focus is to complement the already vibrant community of Inglewood, and establish a studio environment that contributes to the city through fostering individuals interested in raising their own consciousness. Junction 9 is a space to foster health, wellbeing, and connectedness; both a space to grow physically, mentally and emotionally, as well as a space to grow as a community. We are a collective with a common search for all aspects of wellbeing, and a life lived fulfilled, with likeminded people.

We offer a mulitstyle yoga program designed to give you an indepth understanding of the physical postures while layering in meditiation, and breathwork, along with many of spiritual and emotional benefits. In our Pilates classes you will create stability, develop core strength, and re-balance your posture. We focus on biomechanical principles, which will help you to learn how to move safely and effectively in and out of the studio. You will be surprised by the ease with which your body can move when it is well supported from the inside out!

Our mission is to create goodness, respect and kindness in ourselves and in the universe. We hold our studio to be accessible, and welcoming by creating a space that offers a plethora of different classes and experiences. Regardless of where you are in your practice, we are here to provide a channel to grow and expand, at an individual and community level.
