Since the new owners have taken over they have made a huge difference. There are more toys and new things happening. The toddler area has lovely new chairs for the parents and a small bouncy castle for the smaller kids. Fantastic job guys! We will be coming back for sure!
Since new management we’ve noticed a recent policy chance. Adults are no longer allowed to assist or accompany their younger children in the play structure should they need help or comfort. While not a huge impact for everyone, those it does, makes it harder for them to truly enjoy their time there.
Kids have a blast here especially on hot days. However everytime we’ve come the kitchen has been closed. What’s the point in having food available when it’s always closed? Especially when you don’t eat before you come and are just trying to get the kids outa the house. Definitely not gonna count on the kitchen being open anymore
Very disappointed we are not allowed to bring in our own birthday cakes anymore when booking a party room. My soon to be 6 year old daughter was very excited to have her party, but now she doesn't even want to have her party there. Sadly I can't even get my deposit back, as a single mother trying to give her daughter what she wanted I'm very disappointed in this business.
Its under new management and its awesome. There is a bunch of new toys for babies and there is a new mini inflatable for toddlers. Love it. The cafe has new and healthy food options for kids and adult.
Disappointed as I’ve been coming with my family for over 7 years and have always been able to bring my little ones on the structures but was told very rudely we weren’t allowed anymore after paying 30$ for my 2 year old and 4 year old to play. I’m a 140lbs and there were teenagers within 20lbs of me playing on it way more aggressively than me with my 2 year old. Maybe a 200lb max? Unless they change that rule we won’t be going again.
We took our 2 year old daughter here in the morning on week day when it was completely dead, and were told we weren't allowed on the equipment with her. What's the point of even taking our money and letting us in if we can't take her down the slides or equipment. Not impressed with this new rule. Will not be back.
Lots to do and a good way to spend a couple of hours for your kids. Would have only liked to be able to accompany my kid to the larger climbing areas.
Great place to bring the littles. The food is definitely geared for children and I wouldn't recommend it for adults but still a great place to bring the kiddos.
Great spot to bring the kids on a rainy day in Nanaimo. It was about $10.00 for my three year old and free for adults. See pictures for the different types of structures and playground equipment that they have, bouncy castle was a huge hit and it has a basketball net inside. They sell snacks and coffee as well and also host birthday parties. I forgot my socks and they sold me a pair for $2.00 no shoes on the carpet, socks mandatory. They have a section for the babies or young toddlers. Very friendly staff and the place is close to restaurants and other amenities. 4 stars!
