Julia Wellness in North York / Vaughan (RMT ) registered massage therapists & couple masage)

Will not be going back since I was not guaranteed the person and the time I booked by appointment. Quality of massage depends on who you get. The first massage I had was amazing, so I made another appointment specifically with the same person. However, when I arrived the person I booked with told me that she is working the receptionist desk that day and is therefore not doing massages and passed me on to someone else who did not do a good job. This person did not speak English, so I could not communicate that I was not satisfied during the session. I was planning on getting massages regularly with the first person, but after making a second appointment with her to be passed on to someone mediocre was unprofessional and disorganized. Also, during my second appointment I was left waiting in a room for quite some time and although I booked a 90 minute massage my massage lasted for 60 minutes. I left feeling as if I never got a massage.

I booked an appointment for 1pm. I arrived at 12:45 as you need to complete forms when it is your first visit. I was brought into a room at 1:00 and waited until 1:30. I asked if they would start soon. The lady told me 5 more minutes. At 12:50 I was frustrated and got up, dressed and left. They were apologetic however this was very unprofessional. I didn't walk in, I booked an appointment. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

I've been to Julia wellness in 2017 and really enjoyed dealing with Linda because she made every effort to accommodate us....We feel welcomed and comfortable on every visit my wife and I made........ See you soon Linda !

I have been visiting here for last six months, owner of centre is very respectful and professional, neat and clean environment, all massage therapist in this centre are very dedicated and provide very relaxing massage and an excellent customer service as well. I strongly recommend my friends and family to visit this location.

Good massage but slightly disorganised. I had to explain a few times about what I was looking for and ultimately I did not get everything I wanted because I think there was a failure in communication between the manager and the masseuse. Friendly staff. I would go back but probably not for a large package. Price is very fair.
