Great service and timing in preparation. Staff were friendly and helpful with menu selections. They have also brought environment-friendly straws which is a big W!!! BIG UPDATE: They have fixed their tip in machine so don’t forget to roll a loonie ;

GET THE TIP IPTION FIXED ON THE DEBUT MACHINE! Everyone knows booster juice doesn’t pay it’s employees well. Your employees need to be able to get their well deserved tips. They do a good job for you! Figure it out. Also I suggest you make management’s contact info available so your patrons can advocate better and not have to resort to leaving bad reviews.

Stood in line with a few others, all of us waiting to order, while staff occasionally glanced our way but otherwise ignored us in favour of hovering in the back doing very little. Too bad, because I like this place. UPDATE: Gave them another chance and regular good service was restored. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

Manager/shift supervisor that's there right now has awful customer service. Not happy. The girl that tried to help me first was much nicer and should probably be in charge instead.

We had a good experience here, ordered a large Mango Hurricane drink. Was offered the free booster shot which I always forget about. There were leftovers in the blender, so the girl offered it to us, yes! Why waste perfectly good juice just because it didn't all fit in the cup? We really appreciated that extra little bit to quench our thirst. Thank you! It was good. We came near the end of the day, no line ups.

Good juice, fresh, tasty, great selection, good value. Much better than coffee. A great thing to wet the appetite with when strolling downtown.
