The food here is always delicious, fresh, and amazing! The folks who work here are very friendly and lovely, asking if I’d like recommendations, then proceeding to recommend a delicious and sustaining bowl. I noticed that they remembered the regular orders of some regular customers - so thoughtful! It was certainly above & beyond  lucky to have this sweet local spot!

We ordered this for our staff lunch. Without asking, the vendor places names on all of our individual order. The quantities were perfect. Order was ready on time. Quality was unsurpassed. They even provided all of the cutlery and napkins to accompany our order. I will go there personally and hopefully order from them in the future.

Went here today for the first time. Close to my new job and looks like a healthy option! Awesome.  One of the worst wraps I have ever had in my life and it wasn't cheap. I was okay paying for what I was anticipating to be a delicious wrap full of tasty bites that make me happy.  I was left annoyed by every bite that I had paid way too much for this I didn't want to force myself to finish it.  Save your money

Always enjoy my experience here. The team is so friendly and attentive. Removes mistakes very well which are next to never. Food is consistent in taste and experience, wraps are evenly built. 10/10  Dietary restrictions: Great for substitutions.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Love the salads also the acai bowl and the yellow curry are delicious! Staff are always very friendly. My favorite lunch place. Highly recommend!

The bowl + smoothie combo is $20 which is reasonably priced. A nice dining experience since the food was delicious and the staff was super friendly by greeting you warmly. Tried the spicy tuna bowl and alert bay smoothie.  Hope they have brown rice option.

We love ordering from here. We’ll use delivery apps or drop in to the store. They have great vegan options and low-glycemic options for diabetics. The food is fresh and the flavours are great. Our favourite is the Nootka salad.

I had bbq pulled pork bowl. It was very delicious and fresh. If you want to have healthy and fresh meal, plz check out this store. The staffs were very friendly and the store was very clean.

Had the An Bang Beach Bowl and added spicy tuna as well. 11/10. Best salad bowl I’ve had. Spicy, healthy, each part perfectly prepared. 110% would recommend and will go back!!

Our favorite go-to for fast,fresh,nourishing and delicious meals. We always go for wraps or bowls. We order regularly and have never been disappointed. Fair veg substitutions at no extra cost is always appreciated. Fast & friendly service always as well. I hope they eventually get to open more locations as we love it so much and would grab it everywhere we go.
