JR Furniture

Please don’t go here. I’ve been waiting a month to get my items I ordered. Called to see when it would be delivered the lady told me another month. Mind you the guy before had told me I get it in April now she telling me I’m looking at the end of may. After that I told her cancel it I’d like my money back, she told me she’ll call me back. All of a sudden they found one that they can deliver today 🤔😒. What happens to the end of may? Then she tells me I can’t get my money since they found me one. What kind of business is that? I’m making a report.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for furniture that was good quality and reasonably priced. JR fit the bill. Lots to chose from, service persons who were available and helpful but did not hover and a reasonably quick delivery service. Overall, a 5 star experience.

Customer service is great at the start...the sales rep was very enthusiastic and friendly. However it all went completely DOWNHILL after the transaction completed: late delivery (OVER FOUR WEEKS after the approximate delivery date- with no notice whatsoever), defected furniture that they will NOT fix, and employees that will LIE and SCAM you for your money. DON'T STEP FOOT INTO THIS STORE, the poor reviews are all true!!!!!

I bought a full length mirror and ordered six dining chairs at JR Furniture, which should arrive in two weeks. Victor provided excellent customer service and was a pleasure to talk to. The prices were very reasonable and I would definitely shop at JR again in the future.

My husband and I, along with our 4 month baby dropped in at JR Furniture to have a look around. We had been shopping around for furniture as moving from a furnished place into a non furnished. Needless to say, with new baby in our life, we were on a budget! We were pleasantly greeted by Victor, who happily showed us many affordable options. Nice to have someone that considers your budget but not wanting to compromise style. He really took the time to help us out. I can’t say we had this same service at other places we had also been looking. We were happy to find the perfect living room and bedroom set for our new place and didn’t break the bank ! We will more than likely be back for any other furniture needs. Thanks Victor !
