Horrible service. Honestly, a very frustrating shopping experience. It was the last thing we needed to deal with, after just moving into a new home. I have highlighted our experiences with this company below. 1). Original delivery was scheduled for 4:30 - 6pm, so I had time to get home from work to take delivery. After being promised this time, the delivery guys showed up at 2pm. 2). Every single item we purchased was defective (2 bar stools and a couch). The couch had a bent leg, one of the bar stools was missing a lever end piece and the other bar stool had a defective hydraulics. It would slide up itself. 3). After noticing the couch leg was bent, we told the delivery people, to which they responded "what do you expect when you buy such a cheap couch?". Not those exact words, but that was his point. 4). After noticing the bar stool was missing the lever end piece, we contacted customer service. Instead of sending it, they asked us to pick up the missing piece in New Westminster, which is an hour drive from where we live. After several emails back and forth, they finally agreed to send it. It took over 2 weeks for this to be sent over. 5). While waiting for the lever to be sent over, we noticed one of the hydraulics on the bar stool was broken. Customer service said they will send the missing lever piece along with the replacement hydraulics. That never happened. We had to reserve time out of our day, on two different occasions to receive these replacement parts. Not only this, I had to call customer service back to remind them they forgot to send the new hydraulics. 6). After they replaced the broken hydraulics, they refused to take the broken part away and left it with us. What am I going to do with a defective part?

The customer service is second to non. I felt no pressure by the sales associates. They willing to answer all my questions. I love our couch and am very pleased with our purchase. Store manager Rohit was gracious and kind to assist with my inquiries regarding aftercare of our couch. Delivery cost is reasonable. Thank you so much!!

I bought an area rug for over 400 dollars from the store. It was rolled up and wrapped up in plastic from top to bottom so that it was fully protected. I took it home, put it in the closet and figured out I did not need it. I never opened it, never took the protective plastic off and drove it to the Coquitlam location. I brought in the receipt, put the area rug that was unopened on the counter and asked for a refund. After a long haggle they said no and that I can simply have store credit even though I returned the product unopened, never used, with the receipt and it had only been 3 days since the original purchase. I strongly suggest not to buy from this place since in life sometimes you might buy something, change your mind, the item may be over priced and you find out a better deal somewhere else, or maybe the item when you take it home does not fit or is the wrong color that does not work out. What ever the reason is there is no return policy like other stores have especially on accessory items. I emailed in and got a phone call back with a guy giving me an argument. I then got a second phone call from the coquitlam storey which claimed to know nothing about the conversation with the first person so than I had to reexplain things a second time. Then I ended up having the coquitlam store just argue with me. Then I told them if I don't get a refund I will start to leave reviews all over the internet so that people can think twice about buying from the store. You don't want to buy from a store where you are "stuck" it just leaves a very bad feeling when dealing with them.
