As a well-established roofing contractor, and member of the Better Business Bureau, Jorgensen Roofing has been serving the Ottawa area for more than 30 years.

Our reliability and experience in the roofing industry is one of the best, with certified specialists having decades of on-the-job experience. As a family owned and operated business, Jorgensen's reputation is long standing with our customers. Our goal is to provide you with total satisfaction. We take pride in the work we do, and it speaks for itself. You work hard to put a roof over your head; we make sure it stays that way.

Impressum

At Jorgensen Roofing, strict safety guidelines are put into place. All of our staff must obtain a Fall and Safety Prevention Certificate. We are fully insured and bonded, carrying two million dollars in liability insurance as well as Workers' Compensation.

Once the job is complete, you will receive a Manufacturers' warranty for products installed on your home (ranging up to 50 years). You will also receive a workmanship warranty (ranging up to 20 years).

Jorgensen Roofing is certified in the GAF-Elk Master Elite Certification Program, the BP Roofer Certification program, and the CertainTeed Shingle Master Program.

We needed to replace out roof on our home which Can be very stressful and costly. After taking to a number of friends and family members one company kept coming up again and again and everyone had nothing but positive things to say. The whole process from getting a quote to having the roof done was very professional. Ike was very personable professional and courteous and this transcends thought every single employee at Jorgensens. Our neighbours even commented on how impressed they were with the workers and the workmanship. A couple of years later we decided to install 3 sun tunnels in our house for course Jorgensens was our go to place and again we couldn’t be happier . In the next couple of days we will be fixing some downspouts and having gutter guards installed on our house and again all work will be done by Jorgensens. I have no doubt that the work done will be done right and add value to our home.I would recommend Jorgensens for anything roofing, sun tunnels and the like and eavestrough you won’t be disappointed.

Jorgensen Roofing is the best in the business. I've been dealing with them for over 15 years on several properties. What I love is their materials and details are all above minimum part 9 code standards which is the bare minimum and most roofers will give you. Their workmanship is excellent and customer service is bar none. They might not be your cheapest quote, but be sure to compare apples to apples in materials used and warranty information. These guys are top notch!

When I called, I was greeted by a very courteous and knowledgeable member of their staff who was able to provide me a no-hassle quote right away on the first call. I will be sure to update this review after the job is done!

All the people at Jorgensen's were a delight to work with - professional, timely, excellent standard of workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend this family business to others.

Should get a better secretary. First time I made an appointment the guy never showed up so I called and asked when he was coming. They called me back and told me now it won't be until later in the day but then when I said I won't be home they were able to come and look at my leaky roof. The guy was nice and gave me an estimate and told me that he would do it that Saturday and to call the office so I did. They booked me for that Saturday and never showed up all day. I called back and the lady said she would contact him and call me back. She never called me back so I kept calling and leaving messages but nothing back. 2 weeks later with no reply I went with someone else. The day before my new roofer comes they show up (2 weeks later) with no warning that they are coming so I had to tell them I have a new roofer because no one came or called me back. Then I got a call saying that they called me that they were coming and that its my fault. No one called me In fact no one even returned my phone calls. He seemed like a nice guy just their secretary doesn't seem to know what she is doing.
