London Eco Metal

In the past, I have had many contractors or crew teams do work in many of my homes. NEVER have I seen people as friendly or as polite and hard working as members of London Eco Metal. My roof looks great. The team was clean and even worked in really bad weather.

Love the actual roof. It looks great. However if you need anything done after the installation of the roof you may as well be talking to a wall. Our story is too long to explain, but 6 months after our roof was installed, it sustained snow damage from improper installation of the snow guards and additional damage from the attempts to rectify the issue. We are now missing portions of our roof. We have been getting the run around going on 3 months now. So my advice to those considering a roof from London Eco, cross your fingers you never need anything after the last day of installation, because chances are you'll never hear from them again. Its all just a shame because their product is great. Absolutely horrible post customer service.

Roof looks amazing, great detail in the flashing and the crew was really nice, even gave them cookies to thank them!

Roof looks good, was very reasonably priced and company offered financing. Company rep was sometimes hard to reach, and crew could've been more considerate, but work went fairly smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Only local metal roofing company in Ottawa. Great price and product and we will never reroof again we should of used them 12 years ago, loved our new roof so much I started working for them
