Elegant and refined yet accessible and non threatening; those sound like fancy posh descriptors but are meant with sincerity. White table cloths, soft lighting, extensive wine list, refined ingredients prepared with knowledge and imagination. A wait staff that is very personable, attentive, welcoming, and full of information and charm. Starters, mains, desert and bottle of wine for two: under $300 with tax & tip. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! So beautiful inside and the waiters are so friendly the head chef is phenomenal! I'm vegan and she made me a dish and I just died a little!! It was soooooooooo good! So my fellow vegans.. It's a 👍🏼 for you here too.. Romantic atmosphere and great food! Thanks again Cathy! You're beyond words! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

“Great Atmosphere, Food & Service.” Lovely pleasant restaurant located in the core of downtown Oakville with enough parking space across the street. Splendid nice ambiance with live music in one section which was just fantastic giving us the ability to converse (we were seated in the second section). Main Course is in the $40.00 range and they have a good selection of wine, we tried their house wine as well and it was good. The food was just fantastic, we were all impressed, loved each plate we ordered and had an unbelievable experience. The staff was just amazingly friendly and helpful. In all we loved visiting Jonathan's I am giving Jonathan s of Oakville 5 stars as there are no more to give :-), This is a high-end Fine Dining restaurant!.

Amazing food!!!! Always amazing dishes and service! Highly recommend this fine restaurant for any occasion! Shout out to chef Cathy!

Lovely food and ambiance, and can get noisy at times. The appetizers have always been great although the lamentable loss of their mushroom soup (years ago) is truly unfortunate. The staff are attentive but can easily get lost on the details. Some veteran staff have great memories and respect for your preferences. Kudos to Carlo!
