Tim Hortons

Turn around now and go to the McDonalds across the street. The worst Tim Horton's ever - this is the Horton's that made me learn to love McDonald's coffee. Lines are always slow.....always. Staff seem consistently either poorly trained or uncaring (not sure which). It's not a one up thing - it's almost 100% consistent. After years of putting up with long wait lines and incorrect orders, I went there with I guess a complex order. 2 coffees, 2 teas, a juice, and a selection of donuts. We arrive at the window and are greeted with a puzzled stare and 'how many hot chocolates did you order?'. Uh, none? So now I get to repeat the order for the third time at the window (after doing so twice at the order panel). Again, that's just the last time - they're consistently like this. Unfortunately unable to leave a 0 star rating.

A great location in New Hamburg to meet up with friends. Typical good food, drinks, and service.

Usually good service here. Bit of a problem with my order today. Ordered a mocha latte, was served an iced latte. When corrected I got a plain latte not a mocha latte. Had no time to wait for another correction. Server was likely new or in training.
