Tim Hortons

First off they screwed up my order, no surprise there, almost to be expected at all tim hortons now. Then I waited almost 10 minutes in line to get the correct order, they were all busy chatting among themselves, talking about greys anatomy and other stuff, then I had to wait even longer for someone to figure out how to do a refund. I'm disappointed, my mom goes on and on about how great this particular Tim hortons is, I for one will never return. You're so busy standing around gossiping instead of actually doing your jobs. Do better.nnAlso save your breath with your copy pasted response to people's complaints. I've been reading through them, nothing will come of this other than hopefully people will choose a better tim hortons than this one.

Came in around 530am this morning. The staff member that initially took our order was miserable. She was rude when she spoke and tossed our food on the counter from a distance. The second staff member seemed to notice and come over the assist- she was lovely. Will not go out of my way to visit this location again.

Absolutely love this Tim Hortons! Great coffee, delicious food, and the staff are always welcoming. It’s my go-to spot for a quick bite and some positive vibes.

I’m growing tired of this location prioritizing speed over listening and service. Countless times I ask for 2 of the same drink and only one is charged and you have to explain yourself again at the window, or a bagel that gets slapped together and can’t take the extra time to spread things in both sides.nnMy first job was at a Tim Hortons, I get times matter but it’s a balance. I have been inside and see people talking orders over headsets and no one punching in order. This is how things get missed and problems happen. I rather wait longer at the speaker to know things will be right, also ensuring the order is correct in the screen with customer, but half the time nothing is on there to confirm.nnI hope this gets considered as I rather come here over others but after this happening so many times I had to write a review.

I was here today , Kudos to the management , the drive thru was so fast it just took me few minutes to order and collect my food and drinks and start driving again. Thank you so much eveyone out there for keeping the quality and speed up to the bar . I was surprised to get this type of service on weekend because usually i have to wait for long time on other location when we are out driving on weekends.
