This is the second location of JJIN TOAST! First one being downtown, however this was still my first time trying it and I got the dalgonae latte + a wasa mayo crab sandwich. Overall the latte was top notch, super creamy and you can taste the fluffy coffee cream, with the hints of toffee! The sandwich was also very good fresh! What surprised me most was the egg, there's a layer of spread that's kind of sweet and makes every bite even more enjoyable balancing out the other savory flavors Definitely look forward to returning to check out the other sandwiches! Staff was amazing as well and very accommodating! I requested to cut the sandwich in half to share with a friend, and it was a seamless experience!
Small, but cute storefront with friendly staff. I tried their waso mayo crab toast, which tasted fresh though a little sweeter than I expected. Also a little expensive, but it’s a pretty filling sandwich.
This place is SO GOOD. We ordered the wasa mayo crab toast, the bokko toast, and an iced dalgona latte. Everything was really tasty. The bread especially was PERFECT and super yummy. I felt satisfied and full after. Also, the people are so lovely. It was such a nice environment to walk into. Recommended dishesBokko Toast, Wasa Mayo Crab Toast, Wasa Mayo Crab
Authentic Korean street toast. There is nothing better!!! I wanted to take a picture, but it was too yummy, and I forgot until I was almost done eating. Vegetarian options: The bokko toast is a good vegetarian option. Vegans will have trouble finding something on the menu, but to be fair, it is an egg-and-cheese sandwich shop.
gyeran tostuh! “Korean street toast” made to order and very well-executed! We stumbled upon the JJIN shop because we were looking for a light brunch-type item. The shop is brand-new, and takeout only. We ordered “bokko” grated cabbage, carrot, green onion, fluffy omelette with a slice of cheddar. and “wasa mayo” shredded crab, onion, cabbage, corn, house sauce without the pickle. The toast is crispy on the outside and so fluffy inside. It’s a messy sandwich but your fingers won’t get greasy. oh and the shokupan fluffy Japanese-style bread is super-fresh, baked in-house!! oh myyy were they satisfying! taste, aroma, texture, all on-point. Coffee is from de Mello.
Such a lovely surprise. I visited for the first time yesterday and I ordered No. 4 toast at the recommendation of the staff. The staff was so genuinely friendly and professional, he made me feel so welcome in a very sincere way. Bacon Toast was really delicious and I would love to recommend this location to my Boyfriend. I definitely want to try more on the menu so I will be back for sure!
I was around the area and saw they recently opened and I wanted to give them a try. A very small place to take-out mostly. The key ingredient is their bread made in-house. I tried their kimchi sandwich and it was delicious. Great and friendly service. I will definitely going back to try the other flavors.Food: 5/5
The best service and toast sandwichs. My number one pick would be the bacon and cheese followed by the ham and cheese. Their signature iced latte was amazing! I highly recommend this location, the staff was so friendly, the nicest humans. I can't wait to go back.
It was a delight to step into the shop for my 1st time to the aroma of coffee & toast! And a warm welcome. My sandwich was generously filled with fresh ingredients & the coffee is fantastic. Highly recommend.
Food was absolutely delicious, bread was freshly and made and ingredients tasted amazing. Definitely will be coming back to the other sandwiches. Staff were also 10/10 friendly and had a great conversation with one of the staff for a while. This place is somewhere you have to try!Recommended dishesBokko Toast
