A nice little spot for bingsoo and just as great as the competitor nearby! the bingsoo is just as expected. Nice and fluffy ice and goes so well with the mango flavour I got! they also have an offering of croffles and other coffee based drinks! This is definitely a nice cozy place where you can chill with the friends. The place can be confusing to find as there isn’t any large sign of their spot outside, but you go into the building the address is located at and go up the stairs. You will see a door with their name on it as well as a metal sign sticking outside the brick wall with their name on it. Service was quick and super friendly! Great job overall! I got the pineapple bingsu and extra mochi on the side. It was delicious. The server lady was so friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my bingsu while catching up on some studying. I really love this place. I'll be back again!
Came here a few times and I enjoyed their bingsus. The pineapple bingsu wasn’t ripe enough, but the injeolmi, cheesecake, and triple fruit ones were good. The AC didn’t seem to be on when we went today since it was really hot and stuffy inside.
Cafe Daily is the best Korean-style dessert spot in the city. There are tons of different options on the menu that revolve around delicious, creative varieties of shaved ice. I recommend the Injeolmi or Cheese Cake Bingsu. Very authentic. The Croffle was also unbelievable. Management has done some serious renovations since the last time I was there - it's become exceptionally inviting, clean, and cozy. One of my favorite places for dessert. Staff and service really delivered. The owner, Jennifer, actually came over and sat with us to ensure everything was up to par. Our server, Adrienne was prompt and attentive and clearly takes pride in her work. Whenever I'm in the area, I make sure to stop in for a quick dessert at Cafe Daily.
My friends and I were looking to get some dessert and decided to check out this cute little café. It's upstairs and the atmosphere was very cozy and bright! They were pretty busy inside and even though it was only one barista working, she did her best to ensure everyone was served in a timely manner : We ended up getting the Injeolmi Bingsu soybean, almonds and mochi shaved ice and some drinks. The food and beverages were delicious and super friendly service!
I’ve been here a few times, and had good experiences. It’s a nice relaxed place to meet a friend or get work done. Unfortunately the latest time I went the staff was extremely passive-aggressive. I was squeezed into a tiny side table despite the place being almost entirely empty. I don’t need service with a smile, but being treated like they can’t stand the sight of my face is just exhausting to deal with. Won’t be back. Also the hot chocolate is mid.
The bingsu here is excellent, and the service is always prompt. This place is rather small, so there's often a wait for spots. Highly recommend the mango and green tea bingsu!
I tried their Cheesecake Bingsu and it was delicious. The shaved ice was not “icy,” but rather fluffy. Nice atmosphere to relax/study as well. Service was also great and really quick. Definitely coming back.
the honey brick toast was unexpectedly tasty. the bingsu was good but not as good as before when this place was cafe bene, sadly the big portion size and cream puff bingsu is forever gone.
This place used to be Cafe Bene but changed to Cafe Daily during the pandemic. The food items offered are still pretty much the same. The bingsu tasted great and the atmosphere is homey. A great place to chat with friends over a light snack. The ice part of the bingsu is not milky ice like some other bingsu places around Toronto, but the toppings and the condensed milk adds enough sweetness that it still tastes great without being overly heavy. There is a 2 hour limit currently, but if the Cafe is not too busy, this is not strictly enforced.
