Jin Sushi

So glad I found this little local Sushi spot. Rolls were fresh and delicious and the prices were fair as well. They have some good cash and carry specials and some nice sushi sets that work out to a fair price as well. Service was quick and friendly so no complaints at all at this point so hopefully they keep things fair and proper and I’ll be sure to return again

Highly recommend!!! Great taste and value. I ordered spider roll and Philadelphia roll. Sushi is giant and the portion is super generous with the ingredients and don't just fill you up with rice. The sashimi platter is so fresh and they even torched some of sashimi. The cut of the salmon was not too fatty and it's perfect. Squid and shrimp tempura were also really good. It's hot, fresh, and crunchy and not battery at all. The place was really busy when I went but they didn't compromise the quality of the food. This cute restaurant is different from other sushi places and has its unique vibe. Owner is super friendly. I am definitely going back!!!

Cute little sushi restaurant that opened up near Fairview! We got their PP1 maki party tray, and wow, really fresh and huge portions. Could easily feed 3 people. We also got some miso soup and salad that came with the party tray. Their $5 cash and carry deals look like a good deal as well, but as they just opened it’s not ready until next week. I heard the server say that there was a cash discount, but they take all cards too. They also have a small dine in section with a few tables.

Amazing sushi To-go place. It was my second time visit and there were some tables that you could enjoy food. ItSoooo yummy and fresh !! My husband is a sushi chef, and He loves their sushi Quality of fish is very high. I was surprised by the price point. Hightly recommend

Ordered through food app and the food was ready at the pick up time. Really nice service that the waiter recommended me to order throught phone to save a few dollars.really nice if you are broke like me. The tuna, clam and shrimp sushi might not be anything special. The salmon tasted creamy and fatty. The snapper sushi has a shred pickled radish topping to bring up the favor. I would recommend to try this sushi dinner combo. However, parking is an big issue. It is under a condo complex and lots of traffic around the corner and very limited on street parking. You have to go to the community centre for paid parking. Parking: There is limited street parking just around the corner and you have to move in to the community centre for parking.

So happy this place is open now! I got 2 cash carry sushi rolls spicy salmon & salmon avacado & both were delicious. For $6 a box, it’s a good deal for a quick lunch. Good flavour, fresh, & nice rice/fish ratio. Will be back for more!

First time visiting Jin Sushi with friends for lunch and it was such a great experience, place is cozy and staff are very friendly and accommodating! Fresh sushi was served and the serving was very generous, definitely satisfied the craving for some good sushi! They also have daily special! Who doesn’t like that?! Highly recommend!

We ordered by phone without any issues. When we arrived to pick up the food, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It's not a very bug place. More of a takeout place than a full-size restaurant. There are some lunch and daily specials posted on the windows... check Google Map photos. We enjoyed the food and would definitely return soon. Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian rolls, tofu options, rice, udon.... Parking: There is limited street parking and underground parking. Wheelchair accessibility: There's an elevator available to access the upper level where Jin Sushi is located. Dietary restrictions: Tell the restaurant staff and they'll be able to assist. You can also view the menu online.
