Did an online order, food came quick but one of the sandwiches was missing the bacon. After a quick phone call, they remade the sandwich and had it delivered. Much appreciation for the quick fix
Freaky Fast? Over 45 minutes, we called in an order for 13 subs and it took over 45 minutes for them to assemble a bunch of cold subs and we picked them up so the driver did not have to deal with the winter conditions today. The cheese was good, the avocado had a nice flavor, the bun was hard, save yourself the calories pass on the bacon and the meat was your typical processed sliced turkey. They also forgot to put in peppers and pickles on the side. The roast beef is really good from JJ and I should of ordered that in lieu of turkey, my lesson for today. I also heard the Italian sub is good.
My favorite Jimmy Johns location! From the moment I walked in I experienced great customer service! I ordered a number 9 and 12. The guy making my sandwiches made them so fast my head went spinning! Not to mention they were soooo delicious and fresh. From the guy cutting up the meat, to the guy making my sandwiches and to the lady ringing me up at the cash register..y’all made my day great! I will be driving to this location all the way from West Allis that’s how great everything was!
Ordered in person a #11 on wheat with no cheese. There was cheese on my sandwich! The tall guy took it off after I asked if it was on it. I ordered a pickle and was charged for 2 although there was only 1 in my bag because that’s what I ordered.The tall guy voided my first check and charged me $2 less. It just didn’t make sense how if I didn’t ask about my order it would’ve been inaccurate. Im wondering if I supposed to request that my sandwich be cut in half or is someone supposed to ask me? Also your employees should not be talking over the food they are making and I was not given a receipt.
I went in to pick up an order during the multi day power outage and they were SWAMPED. The customers in the lobby looked so upset due to the long wait. Yes it took a while to get my food but it was all correct and I was so thankful to have dinner to eat. I told the crew they would make it through it when they handed me my order. They did great given the stressful situation!
Ordered at 11:08 for delivery at 11:45. I called the store at 12:29 I was told it was ready and would be out for delivery on next trip 20 min. Next phone call 1:14 told me it was leaving now. 1:30 food arrived. I am approximately 1 mile from the store. This is not the first time I have had a horrible delivery like this however it will absolutely be the last. I won't even entertain going back. If you order delivery I strongly suggest you do not pay with a credit card or add a tip prior to receiving your order. If I could give zero stars I would.
I’m very disappointed with the service and quality of the sandwiches at this location. First, I was never greeted until I approached the cashier. I ordered my sandwiches with one minor change, no tomatoes on 1 and tomatoes on the other. I confirmed this with the gal who made the sandwiches, she said “Yes, I did” and tossed the receipt at me and said, “See.” When I got home, the sandwiches were not made correctly and their was barely any meat or lettuce on them. I called to kindly give me feedback. They never apologized. They offered to remake the sandwich if I came back in. I won’t be back to this one. Very disappointed:
Very rude, was given the wrong sandwich to be told I "took" the sandwich upon calling to fix the issue. Wasn't given a receipt either. Chris McDonald - the store manager hung up on me. And gave me hard time when obtaining store owners name to file a complaint.
Ordered for delivery today and still waiting after 1.5 hours, new record for this JJ. But this is pretty standard for delivery at this location. Usually it takes 45-1hr before you get your order. Never again
Went in today with my mom to find every worker wearing their mask improperly, the delivery guy didn’t even have one! It took a decent time and food ended up with mustard everywhere and it was very gross, health precautions were not taken seriously! Enforced on the consumers and not the employees. Will not be visiting soon during this pandemic.
