I am disappointed. I always go to this qdoba & lately it’s been a complete mess. If i’m paying $10 for a burrito, i expect it to be the way i want and not cold by the time i pay for it. There have been several instances where I’ll be waiting in line and for a good 5+ minutes my burrito just sits there getting cold, while other workers are filling mobile orders.. again if i’m paying $10 for a burrito it shouldn’t be cold right when i get it… while dining in what should I do? ask to use your microwave or ?
My husband and I had our wedding catered by this location and everything was amazing. The woman who delivered and set everything up was so sweet and made sure to talk to me to make sure any questions were answered before she left.
2nd time I placed my order online to pick up. Both times when I got home to eat my food I am disappointed. Not sure why the meals are always so skimpy but it looks like both entrees are half eaten. I even pay for extra protein and it definitely doesn't appear like I get it. I'm done with this location!
I stopped in tonight and ordered a cheese crusted quesadilla. What was made for me instead was a regular quesadilla that was burnt. I didn't bother saying anything because even though there was 20 min to go before close, most of the line was already shut down and cleaned so I didn't want to ask for something to be remade.
This place is ridiculous is the second time they ask me to wait because he’s to busy making over the phone orders If I choose to come here is because I’m hungry and I’m in lunch I can’t just wait and spend my lunch time here How difficult is to make a burrito?? really!!! besides is not cheap I guess I just go somewhere else never coming back to this joke of a place!!
In addition to having to wait while they made more fajita veggies don't you make more BEFORE you run out? this was my lettuce for my salad. ‍‍ Seriously? Will be using Chipotle from now on.
Casual place with delicious food. I had a chicken burrito with lots of extras. You make choices on everything added, so may want to think it through or your tortilla may fall apart like mine did too many sauces.
Utterly disgusting. I’ve been to this location a few times and had no problem. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl which barely had any chicken whatsoever. It was very dry and filled with 96% rice. Now I’m not sure who made it but for the price it was a waste. Didn’t even eat it.
Kind of disappointed in the speed of service at this place. There was a long line when I walked in that didn't seem like it was making any progress. Sad I had to leave but was on the road and didn't have time to stayService: 1/5
Very dirty place to eat. Food was actually cold even with them being served right in front of us. Tables were dirty no where to sit.
