The food is way over priced and not well made. The chicken is overcooked and underseasoned. The sandwiches are small and poorly appointed. The beverage prices are absolutely outrageous. I would ONLY ever come back with a gift card, and only ever maybe then. I recommend finding a better spot to spend your time and money, this place certainly isn't worth either.
The Panera in Menomonee Falls Wi is amazing. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. My order was made correctly. Polite staff. Parking: Easy parking - convenient location!
Love the food here! It was clean, wait time was little even tho it was busy and the staff was above and beyond amazing! The young lady Hailey, working the front, was an absolute delight!
Very disappointed Got the spinach breakfast soufflé Not completely baked dough was still raw, was able to eat the filling, but took the raw dough back to the cashier to let her know about the problem. The young lady said "sorry about that" then waited on the next customer. No indication that she was going to tell someone in charge. Need some customer service training here.
Will never go back. The bathrooms were disgusting. If the toilet isn't cleaned and covered in feces and hair can you imagine how clean the kitchen is? If I wasn't with someone I would of not stayed.
Panera has been around for a while and has earned its fame for good food. I absolutely love the mango yuzu citrus charged lemonade. I hope it never goes away. Their sandwiches are great and service is quick. The place itself is clean as well.

We love Panera! Although some of their menu options seem a bit steep price wise, just knowing we're eating clean, wholesome food is worth it! There are obviously bread and pastry dishes to choose from, but they also serve up a variety of soups, sandwiches and salads. I also like that they offer multiple hot and cold drink options. My favorite cold tea is Plum Ginger Hibiscus. My only challenge with Panera is they have not started to offer gluten free menu options yet, as we have that need in our family. Nevertheless, those of us that can eat at Panera do. I even like their points card, I earn fee items or $ off values very often.
Breakfast here is a great way to start your day! I recommend the steak and egg sandwich. I love that you can order from the Panera app as well! It makes customizing your meal easy. With in minutes you food is brought to your table.
Just ordered cream of chicken wild rice…it’s like water!!! NO taste not sure why it’s so watery with nothing in it!! usually it’s pretty good.. I would want refund but no answer when you call!!
