They never label the damn sandwiches. Other locations do it, so it can’t be that difficult. Edit: adding or removing stars based on whether my order is labeled or not.
The sandwich makers at the Indianola, IA Jimmy Johns all had big bushy beards without wearing any kind of a beard net to keep beard hair out of sandwiches. Sure enough I had a couple of black hairs in my sandwich so ended up throwing it away. I don't recommend this restaurant.

Ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery at 12:07pm today. Called to check on delivery at 12:47pm and spoke to individual that took our order. She stated that the order was made and that deliveries were delayed due to only one driver but 2nd delivery driver was on his way. We received our order at 1:28pm, one hour and twenty minutes after we placed our order. We live 1.8 miles from the restaurant. This isn't the type of delivery that Jimmy John's advertises. Very disappointed in today's poor service.
Better off ordering it from DoorDash. Took almost an hour to get to me and had to hurry up to eat it because my break was almost up. Order was correct this time.
Order two sandwiches one for my daughter one for me she got the 11 I got the number 9. When she opened up her sandwich it was wrong even though my ticket says 11 when I took it up to the counter a girl looks at me and says well you got the number 4 and I said no we didn't and she rolled her eyes the sandwich paper even had 11 on it. I am not upset that a sandwich was made wrong it happens all the time people make mistakes but for you to be rude when you were the one that make the mistake makes me never want to go to your business again.
Over an hour for delivery. Not the first time. Order was wrong. Excuse from the store is that they only have one driver and they are not always available. What kind of business runs this way? Horrible customer service and "the boss" apparently doesn't work in the store. You lost me JJ.
Love, Love, Love the BLT on their sliced wheat bread. I get it every time with extra mayo, onions, cucumber, sliced pickles, jimmy peppers which are on their freebie list.Food: 5/5
1hr wait time for a pick up order. After the first 20 minutes I went in to the store to check the ETA and they were just printing the order ticket and said it would be another 30 minutes. I normally wouldn't be this upset if it were a one time occurrence but this is the norm for this location.
I have always ordered from this Jimmy John's and the past two times have been terrible. Last week it took over an hour to deliver my food, my sandwich was wrong and no napkins when I specifically asked for them. I called and talked to the manager and he gave me a credit for a meal which was ok. I ordered today and asked for mayo on my sandwich and the employee said he would put mayo packets in my bag. I get my order and no mayo at all. The service I get is not good and I order a lot from them since its convenient but its not when my order is wrong. I'm going to try one more time because I understand mistakes happen.
