Have literally never had a bad experience at this Arby’s. Every single employee is kind and patient. They are so quick also!!! Amazing performance, great quality food, and outstanding customer service!
Shout out to 'Taylor' at the Indianola Arby's! Her customer service skills alone will have me returning. What is lacking in society today is friendly banter, grace and a sense of humor. Taylor is a wonderful example of all of this. AND our order was not only correct, it was fresh and hot. Thank you Taylor and Indianola Arby's!

They screwed up our orders. Also manager was very rude and made us pay for there mistakes and didn't give us either receipt.Food: 1/5
Worst experience ever today! The managers have no clue how to handle customers witnessed them being awful to a older lady. If I could give no stars I would. Need new managers at this location.
Staff works hard, But short-handed. Not enough help so only drive-thru was open. Management should either show up or hire appropriately.
The lady that took our order was super nice and then she thought we moved up but we were not able to because of long line and she was very funny and polite!! Love nice people!! Great job Arbys in indianola!!!!
Always friendly service and tasty food whenever I visit!
Dine in options for this location are spotty at best. You never know when you will be able to eat in or if you will have to eat in your car. Other than that this location does a great job.
