Asked for two Whoppers with NO CHEESE. Both Whoppers had cheese even though they said 'no cheese' when repeating the order back to us. Employees were friendly but this mistake is unacceptable.Food: 1/5
We use to eat at this location several times a week but lately the food has really gone down hill. Several times lately our food has been Cold or our order has been incorrect and had to be redone.

I've never had no problem with my order being correct and the service is friendly and fast and they also welcome you to come back in if you're order is not correct so it's good
Food is definitely not the best quality but is good for a quick bite.
Food was fresh, hot and fast. Staff was friendly. Dining area was clean and soda station was also clean. Bathroom needed a little attention, but not bad. Keep up the good work!
I don't go to any of the Burger Kings in Des Moines. This Burger King is the best one but I've eaten at in about 30 mi radius from my house. Every time I go through indianola to go to my mom's house I stop and get Burger King on the way, for sure. These guys always do a great job. The food is always fresh It never seems like it has been sitting out, it's always clean, and the staff is always nice. Keep it up guys!!
It's typical fast food with condiments available at a side prep area if you'd like something extra while dining I side. The restrooms are typically okay. I do recall that they had a problem with their kitchen equipment in the somewhat recent past that limited their menu options. Perhaps that happens to everybody, & it's not a common occurrence.
Had a playplace, great employees, loved the food and milkshakes.Food: 5/5
