Critically understaffed. They spend more time answering the phone to take orders than making sandwiches. Walk in customers are largely ignored.
Had to share my experience tonight. Came in after a long night a little after 1 AM, service was incredible and my guys did me up right. Hope this review reaches the right people and my kings get appreciated, they absolutely went above and beyond. Thank you
Served brown lettuce and overpaid for it because the delivery man didn't have enough change after they told me their credit card machine wasn't working.
Although the sandwich was not a bad tasting sandwich but the bread needs to not be so hard,I had trouble swallowing without it scratching my throat!
