Subway is Subway... Food is usually okay as long as it's not wilty, and they passed. The service was beyond what you expect at fast food restaurants, so giving credit where it's due.Food: 4/5
If I can give this a 0 I would. They gave me the wrong sandwich I called back the guys said he'd give me a refund ok. I go back today and they tell me they can't do anything about it because the manager isn't here. Such an inconvenience also they don't switch their gloves after touching money or screen u have to ask. A def NO will never come back and will never recommend to anybody.
Not open during posted hours: the "open" light was on, they posted hours say they open at 8:00, but the door was locked st 9:10. Also: NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR LGBTQ PEOPLE. I used to stop here at least once a week. Today, a female employee I have not seen before misgendered me through the entire interaction. The blatant transphobia was shocking. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.
I love their subs. The fresh baked bread, the selection of toppings, the quick service. Plus this Subway is super clean.Food: 5/5
The gentleman working was wonderful. He was very personable, funny, and he smiled. I truly felt valued! My wrap was also delicious. The balance/ratio of ingredients was spot on, and it was expertly rolled. One of my best Subway experiences!
Very poor customer service was displayed by the manager of this establishment. I have nothing against subway, and do not enjoy writing bad reviews. As a business professional I understand the importance of feedback. I hope this is taken constructively by those who operate the business. You need to treat people better. Best of luck.
The owner has absolutely no clue on how to run a business. He took my order, then waited on an additional two customers as I stood there looking at my grinders on the counter. He then realized he forgot about me and tried to rush through my order. The sad thing is that this is probably the third time he's done this to me. I suggest visiting a different Subway, this guy is a joke.
Ordered a couple veggie salads. They refuse to chop now plus made them in there little black protein bowls instead of salad containers, gave half the salad for full price. Asked for extra Lettuce the girl loaded other ingredients in bowl then threw in tiny handful of lettuce on top. I wouldn't recommend going to this subway
When I arrive there, a guy welcomed me kindly. I ordered two sandwiches. At the final part of sandwich preparation, I asked to have ketchup. And the guy responded me that there is no ketchup. In subway there should be always ketchup and other stuff as substitutes. He checked the storage for me;nonetheless I was obliged to eat my sandwich without ketchup. It should be checked storages and said the missing foods/sauces at the beginning. Best
